Ok service. Depending who is there. Some are nice and some just give you a hard time

My dad got 3 fake hundred dollar bills. Check your bills all the time. & also never do your taxes at the booth in side. I reported my taxes with them and I got a different amount from what the irs told me they issues to me. That place will scam you. They took over 1000 from both my tax returns. I am fighting to get the money that was stolen from me. So if you have ever done your taxes there call the irs and ask how much was really sent to you.

Thumbs down The employees do a great a job but on winter 2015 I notice they din't give me my change back . I went back told them about it but nothing happen. The point is to assist the customer.

Dont like this place. People who work here abuse their power. They let their friends skip the line. This is unfair for people patiently waiting in line

Overall the ladies have been genuinely nice ive been going there for years but today i got helped by the rudest young girl working there she was very nasty and customer service was horrible

Most definitely not coming back to this place!!!!!!! I deposited money to my family and the cashier never give me my change back from a bill of $100.00 at 6:19 pm unfortunately there is no manager or supervisor present at this location so the cashier give me a phone number from someone that she said was her supervisor and when I call him he didn't assumed him self as one. After I did explain him the situation he admitted he was a assistance manager, and giving me the same answer that I have to wait until they close and counting their register, so far 8:36pm and still waiting for there answer and the assistance manager is not answering my calls any more. So please any ideas that what can I do or where to report this problem????

This is the worst check cashing place ever seen they gave me a hard tome today the lady didn’t even want to give me her name it’s the law to give out your name if your representing yourself for a company second I purchased a money order from else where have the receipt and everything they made me spend 20 minuets in there the lady who didn’t give me her name thought I would continue to be helped by her which I didn’t so she decided to bud in my conversation with another lady because I didn’t want her to help me I asked if she can leave because I wasn’t talking to her anymore then called her boss and got it straight just horrible I speak Spanish she was being disrespectful in Spanish calling me out my name I just would never go here again EVER

The employees are rude .. The service it's fast.
