The lady’s who was acting like she owned the place had a terrible attitude. After I told her I was going to just stay because I live 30 minutes away plus I have to go to college they started refusing to even give me my paperwork back to go somewhere else because they wouldn’t be able to do it in a timely manner ! WILL NEVER GO BACK . This is NOT how you should treat customers! I understood that I was not #1 in line but still they shouldn’t be like that

The pace set in the tax class is slow enough to grasp important content. If you take the class, Ms. Pat offers methods on how to find answers within the workbooks that are provided, as well as suggests ways to remember said information. I had an overall pleasant experience, especially with the amount of information that has been given. All of this is due to Ms. Pat's knowledge and willingness to help her students. I am quite sure she helps her clients as good as her students.
