Avoid this place. Besides the place being a dump, they don’t even have heat in the building. I have been a contractor for 40 years and enjoy searching pawn shops for deals on tools. I was about to spend almost 1000.00 on tools. As I was walking around looking at their inventory, a guy walks up to me and asks me to walk outside with him. Thinking he was going to give me a great price on everything I was going to purchase. He tells me, to stay out of the store because they think I was there to stealing items. I offered them to search me, but they said it wasn’t necessary. I would never go back, and will tell everyone I know about my experience. Reading reviews it seems to be a common practice

Asked about an item they wanted $60 less than a new one. Owner started cursing and threatening. Place is a dump, overpriced stall them out, put them out of business. They don't deserve another dime from the hardworking citizens of the community.

These are the NICEST guys that I have ever encountered at any pawn shop. They truly care about their customers, and go above and beyond to make people happy. Not only that, but they have an awesome selection of electronics, jewelry, designer hand bags, tools, dvds, and much more. I highly recommend this shop, whether buying, selling, or pawning... This has to be one of the best pawn shops ever I never had a problem with them always polite and friendly a great group of guys on staff and totally professional!

Owner was real nasty at times and talked about the customers after they leave . Everyone is human and makes mistakes at times confused whether if they want to pawn or sell jewelry . It how u talk to people that matters . Trying to make the customer feel low or inaccurate so t bring any more business the customers will take their business elsewhere ! I came there twice same week tried to downplay what he said before when I came to sell some jewelry .

Absolutely the worst pawn shop I've ever been to. The place is a dump full of overpriced junk. The people are very rude and offer very unfair prices on items you bring in. They lie about things to get the deal. The worst business morals I've ever witnessed I will never go again and hope to save you all the waste of time this place is

Great place to take things you want to pawn or sale. They come through for me every time. I really appreciate them.

Came in today may 3rd at 5:40pm. I wanted to see how much i could get for my epiphone p90. I have less than 5 hours of play time with it and the guy (shaved head with a beard) looks at it and sees it still has the stickers on the head and says nope we have to many guitar and it's too new. Of course it is I had it for about 2 months. Rarely played but nope seems the stickers and no deal. I got receipts but nope I'll take my business somewhere else. That's all the guy said not even looking at me.

as a "regular customer" who was about to drop $400 - $500 in milwaukee tools and also what ever the wife was going to buy, today's visit just ensured that I nor my family will ever shop there again. My son who just bought something from the store had just walked away from the counter went to where the knives are near the tools and was about to ask how much for one of the items in the glass counter. all of a sudden one of the guys who work there interrupted us talking and reached right over and opened up my sons bag (that he just got from them with hats in it) with no excuse me or any type of warning and searched his bag to make sure there was only hats in it. then as we were getting over the shock of it they said to us as if nothing happened " someone tried to rob us earlier" its ok all nonchalant about it. dont they know a little professionalism goes a long way.

They should take the "silver coins" signage out of the window. Multiple attempts were made to set up an "appointment" to buy bullion silver coins; I was told [the shop was] "...not in a hurry.." to sell these coins. The clerk was exceedingly rude. He wanted to argue the silver content of constitutional silver coinage vs. bullion (caveat emptor) and proceeds to tell me he "can't get into the safe." I simply walked away.....
