Liberty Tax Grand River Ave, Farmington

I had my taxes prepared by Peter here last year. This was my first visit to Liberty Tax. With the impeccable service I received from Peter, along with his apparent expertise, I knew I found my new tax service location!!! The wealth of tax knowledge was obvious after my conversations with Peter and Pat. Not only are Peter and the team experts at what they do, they are also amazing people! I feel very confident in highly recommending this place! 😊

Had our taxes done here with Patricia a little over a week ago. I had been getting my taxes done somewhere else for years, but had recently moved to the Farmington area. When we called to book an appointment, Peter was able to fit us in (albeit during peak tax time) with Patricia, and in our opinion she was above and beyond - courteous, friendly, funny, and most importantly very knowledgeable answering our questions (and asking us questions that we did not think to ask) on how to optimize our return. I'm happy to say I think we have found our new tax preparer for years to come.

I had a great experience with John doing my taxes. It was my first year filing married filing jointly so I knew I'd need help. It was also my first year with an Acorns investment account, which added another level. I would have been in way over my head if not for John's assistance. He was helpful and answered all my questions patiently and without talking down to me like I experienced at another chain tax place. We had an outstanding experience with Pat doing our taxes. She was friendly, very thorough, and I learned more in a half hour about what info is needed for my taxes than I learned from my previous source in 12 years! Overall, they were very quick and professional, and I couldn't be more pleased.
