Been with them for years now. Very good service and very good person out working there friendly and help you out really well. I'd recommend this credit Union to anybody.

If you ever have an issue with your loan, good luck getting it resolved. Took 5 months to get autopay set back up after changing banks. They make you change it in writing, but if you mail it, they will never get it. Most banks allow you to set that up online, but this bank is stuck in the 90s. They do have online access, but you can't do anything on there. When you talk to customer service, they never remember previous conversations so you have to plead your cases over and over. When they do say they will fix your issue, sometimes it gets fixed sometimes it doesn't. Even a written and signed letter stating something is being fixed doesn't mean it is.

People complain about hours but, who goes inside anyway. Online bill pay works great. With direct deposit I'm not aware of ant fees. I quit DFCU with whom I was a member for 25 years because they started charging fees for everything

Disclaimer. I stopped doing business here over a year ago. This place started charging more fees than any bank I had previously after I paid off a car loan and no longer had the auto payment on my account.

Just closed on my loan and wanted to celebrate by recognizing the best mortgage agent I’ve ever worked with. Lisa worked so hard for me by being very responsive, helpful in understanding the process and got me an amazing rate! I live in SE MI, so you don’t even have to be local to experience great service and rates.

Rates are good, but customer service policy hides behind the Privacy issue. There is no such thing as privacy. The fact that you CANNOT call a branch and talk directly to someone at that location is inconvenient. You always go thruough a contact center. I can not be added to a loan account even though my husband has given permission. I pay all the bills and do all the finanicals. Yet, I cannot have access even though he has given permission, like on all our other accounts, never a problem. I would not have given my business to CUONE had I known this. Now, looking at moving to another institution where I have an approved voice.

Communication skills are null after they sign you up. If you have a loan you better not have any excuses for being late... just pay! You never get same person to talk to, or return calls. Looking for a place to take care of you... keep looking!

Experienced this location differently than years ago. A paperless service they call it now (an ID and that's it!)....it was very weird, but an easy visit to say the least and a shared branch makes it even better! I am a many many years CUone member plus another CU and that made it a even more seamless experience! Jus when I was gonna switch away from CUone....🤗

Very personal service, drive thru not usually busy and a convenient ATM.
