Liberty Tax New Bern Ave, Raleigh

My first visit with this location and believe me my last. I can't speak on any other employees there but Ricky. He is rude and don't care. He says he been operating the Newbern Ave location for 11 years and I replied I feel so sorry for the folks you had to service those years. Maybe a few folks has had a good experience there but if one can't treat me nice as good as a person I am something is wrong. After your money is paid which is a very costly fee believe me what little respectct you first got is completely gone. It's an embarrassing moment to deal with such unprofessional conduct. Not to mention an uncaring attitude. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went and gave him an opportunity to do my taxes. It's my worst experience ever dealing with tax season. I will never ever go back to this place. Guess it's a first time for everything.

Rick has the worst attitude. If u call and give him a question he get so rude and hang up on u plz do not go to liberty on New bern

This is my 3rd year filing with liberty tax on new burn ave in Raleigh NC. And rick is the best! He basically watch my son who is now three years old grow up. He give me the best service and always show the best hospitality! Looking forward to filing with rick at liberty next year God willing! I am very pleased with liberty tax services! Do not go to liberty tax on newborn ave.in raleigh.two years in a row messed up my taxes and refuse to help fix the issue also when I contacted the office about the issue they were very rude and would not assist me in my efforts to find my check gave me a complete run around for two weeks now a three week timeline is 6 extra weeks.liberty good newborn ave bad do not use this location......

The lady Miss Renee that prepare my taxes was very kind helpful wish I would have been going to Liberty a long time ago

I have been with this company for 8yrs and Me. Ricky knows what he is doing, They have new staff there but they are very knowledgeable about, whatever situation you may have.

I have been doing my own taxes for 9+ years.I learned by taking free classes at Liberty Tax in Durham NC in 2011. I am very aware of EIC & ACTC credit amounts. I only went to Liberty because I needed to apply for the advance this year, badly! After being told the refund amount( -$1700) of my usual refund & their fee ($650) I left! Total rip off! I will not advise anyone to come here.I know scam when I see one for sure.Very unprofessional!

Liberty Tax NewBern Ave. Office manager Ricky been there 5 years... HORRIBLE AND RUDE, you'd think a company that charges the highest rates for tax preparations would be more humble. A simple 1040 form with 1 W2 and 2 Dependents cost over $500. Tax preparers are giving out false information about checks picked up at office vs DD. DD date set for 3/24 my bank always releases on the monday before DD. Tax preparer stated by having check cut at office i would receive return sooner. THAT WAS A LIE.. RICKY the manager was uninterested in hearing his preparers are giving out false information and was very rude and disrespectful, hung up the phone in my face as I was trying to give him my contact information to call me.. I file my own taxes every year and have never had a problem getting max refund or any delays.. Id advise people to go elsewhere, HR Block and Jackson Hewitt charges half of what Liberty Tax DoeS. DONT END UP ANOTHER UPSET CUSTOMER

Liberty taxes is the best place to file taxes its easy,quick,secure . And the company gives you 50$ when your done . You Can't beat that ..

The worst service I have ever had Ricky was rude and unprofessional Did not help me As a matter of fact I will be reporting you
