EDIT: The owner contacted me the day I posted this review asking me to take it down. I told them that I would remove it only if they stopped contacting me for a minimum of six months. They then said they would call in six months to "remind" me to remove my negative review. I told them if I got another call or letter the six months would start all over again and I would leave the review up. This update is to note that while the harassing phone calls have paused since then, they still continue to send a mailer at least every other week to myself and my minor children. So, the review is staying up and honestly, I wish there was a no stars option. I am being harassed by unsolicited phone calls and mailers from this company despite my repeated requests to be removed and no longer contacted. I spoke with Chris who claimed to be a manager who said I would be removed but it has been over 6 months and the mail and phone calls continue.

I don't have words for how easy this process was due to Todd and Liberty Settlement Funding. While other companies were hounding me non-stop, Todd made every single step straight forward. Not only was he friendly and caring, but he was consistent in doing what he said he would do, and prompt in easing any stress that came with dealing with the courts and documents. Because of this, my partner and I were able to expand our business and create a better future for ourselves and our family. I'm so grateful we went with Liberty as this experience was as smooth as possible due to their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in a situation where you need to be able to access your money at an easier date than previously set.

I started the process of getting my settlement money only 2 months ago and I already received it. Everyone who helped me was so nice and kind and professional. They always made sure to explain everything to me and keep me in the loop about everything that was happening. This company keeps calling me and sending me letters regarding my structured settlement. It's getting annoying. I will be speaking with my attorney regarding their constant attempt to communicate with me.

I dealt with Grace who was very helpful and kind. She helped me through the process and kept her word that she will get back to me by the end of the day and she did. The rest of the staff were also friendly when I called. Also polite and gave a level of professionalism. If anyone is in need of money for an emergency and you have a lawsuit, please call and speak to Grace so she can assist you!.
