Knight Capital was a great company to borrow money thru. I initially only took half of what I was originally approved for. But now 5 months later of a perfect payment history & beyond paid borrowed amount (funded). I’m at 31 days left and the payoff is right around the corner. But my business has grown drastically & record month in July. I could use the working capital with the significant increase in part purchases and labor. Apparently they can’t approve my renewal that it shows I’m eligible for. Because of recent negative activity in my account. I might not get a large deposit for a few days just multiple small ones to where I may drop negative at the end of the day until E Deposit comes in. But I’ve had a perfect payment history for 101 days out of 132. Where’s the customer retention? you came to the wrong place for that. Not a single try or care to retain. Sure I could get a approval for renewal in 30 days probably. But why? I’ll be paid in full. Sorry I provide the best customer service I can with a great retention strategy. Frustrates me when businesses I deal with don’t.

For factoring and growth, I have never wanted to go that route. But I had an opportunity and didn't want to miss it. Knight did a fabulous job quickly going through underwriting and approval. And as a solo practitioner, they understand my collections can be very variable, and when collections have been delayed, they have been exceedingly accommodating. I highly recommend them. From the sales to the customer service, top people, courteous, and looking to build relationships not fleece entrepreneurs like many of their competitors.

I love knight Capital funding company. Very quick, easy and simple process. Within 1 day we gt fund in our bank account. I have second time loan with KCF. It great company. If I get my loan form Knight Capital Funding , I will never try with other company. IT IS REAL GREAT COMPANY

They get you money ASAP. However rating a company on what they are contractually obligated for is redundant. The same is for me paying as agreed. My problem with Knight Capital is they are still making withdrawals from my account and although making multiple calls I am yet to hear from them. I must say they are very quick to respond with the default email that someone will contact you as soon as possible. In addition to not responding personally to my numerous phone calls I received an approval for renewal of $15000.00 although no one has returned any of my phone calls.

Nate Campbell left an excellent impression on me and that is the reason I'm giving you a five rating. He was empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. He always answered my calls and follow up with me. Good job Nate thank you.

I only have good things to say about my experience with Knight Capital. The representative's are friendly and knowledgeable. The funding is fast, my approvals are within hours not days. I'd recommend Knight without any reservations.

The overall process very poor, Communication from the gentleman processing the cash advance. Send text messages, calls never responds until a day or two later. Never reads the entire text message, so never answers your question. I asked about the fees that he told me would be waived all he said was we were down with computer problems and that was it no response to the question never answered it. Got his bonus the heck with the little guy

It was really nice wasting time and signing a contract with these folks just to have them decide not to proceed with the loan in the end. Also be aware of them asking for your login information for your bank account after you sign the contract. Someone will call and ask for it. I would advise against giving it to them.

Awesome company to begin a funding relationship with. They were quick and efficient. Money was in the account the next day. Only negative was the rate of interest per say for loaning the money. Equates to 39% but for a new business and the fact that they are willing to take a chance and boast about long term business relationship. I think it was well worth it.

Great experience! Seamless from application to funding

They have great rates and Randy was excellent. However, they had communication problems on the back end as far as getting documents in a timely manner once sent, requested unnecessary old information, and it took time after being told funds would be available next day to release the funds. They need to get their Underwriters on the same page.

I have used many MCA over the years and have found that a lot of the reps are really shady people. We have used several different funding sources, but when it came to knight financial we found some good honest people to work with. They wont BS you around and there rates are the top in the industry. I wish i would have found them sooner

I received an SBA number on the 29th from these guys. I was sent loan closing docs weeks ago. Then resent 3 times without explanation or funding? I get people are swamped right now but this is dishearting and mean. That’s three pay cycles without loan funding and now I’m locked in with these clowns and stuck. Laurie Searson

This is the second time I've used Knight Capital Funding. I applied and was approved within 12 hours flat! I got what I needed, when I needed it, at a repayment plan that worked for me. I know that as I continue to grow, Knight Capital will be partner for my business for life!

Working with knight is an unbelievable experience, from the first phone call to the last phone call. They make you feel like family, I was so happy with them that I was think about call them up for another loan because, it’s such a pleasure doing business with!!!!!

My experience with them is fine. Nothing great, nothing too bad. If you can not get a traditional loan from a bank for your business, this may be the way to go. Paid back $24,300 on a $18,000 advance to which I only received $17,000 after their fee's and the first daily payment that was withdrawn the same day as they funded us. The fee's are more than I am completely comfortable with and the terms are in their favor from the start, but like I said, it's not a traditional bank loan. They are buying your future payments from your customers. I have had 3 funding's with them over the last 2 and a half years and am just now getting close to paying off the last one. Not sure if I would take out another with the billing and fee's but they haven't offered to renew it anyway so once it's paid, I'll probably look elsewhere for a better term.

Scam. They have you provide your personal information, business account statements for many months, tell you you are approved, have you sign the agreement, tell you they are going to fund you same day, money doesnt show up and then they say that they changed their mind last minute. This company is a fraud and a fishing expedition for your information. Glad they changed their mind. Will never use this company and will advise whomever I can to stay clear also. Terrible business practices.

Knight Capital approved us for more than double what other companies were offering! Communication was great throughout. I really felt that they took notice of our company's steady trending increase in revenue.

I had issues with my bank as soon as the wire transfer came in from Knight. Eric, one of the customer service supervisors took ahold of the situation and helped me through the entire process! They were professional and helpful through what ended up being a HUGE mess at Chase bank. Thank you Eric for working with me through the process and thank you Knight Capital for being my knight in shining armor... getting me the funds I needed to take my business to the next level!
