This Jacaranda branch I gave five stars service is great! As far as the company as a whole I would give them 3 stars maybe 2 the customer service is terrible I've been locked out of my account going on 3 days. I know a lot of other banks offer 24/7 support but not this bank.

This bank is the best bank i have ever used and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are extremely polite and professional. The staff has gone out of their way to help me on business trips when I have been out of state and unable to access funds. I have made several calls when my account has been frozen for potential fraud and been locked out. They have saved me time and again and protected me from unauthorized use of my funds. If i ever had a question or needed help, they went out of the way to help and assist me in my needs. The best ever. Thank you very much!!!!!

My husband and I have been banking at Liberty Savings Bank for over 22 years, having both our business and personal accounts there and also many cd's over the years. The service and staff are exceedingly helpful and kind, often going over and above when some problem arises. Their current manager, Sandy Perrine, is amazing. She has been our constant go-to person forever, even before she was made the branch manager. I couldn't recommend the Jacaranda branch more highly.

I opened an account with Liberty Savings Bank when I moved to Venice. I love this bank. They are always so pleasant to deal with. They fulfill any request that I have. It is very easy to get in and out of. They are just the perfect bank. I use both their online banking and go in to the physical bank.

The workers of this bank are some of the best. Always so happy. They address everyone by name as well! I had the team help me with fraud and they got it figured out in 1 day. Been with Liberty for 7 years now

I stopped by the Jacaranda Branch to inquire about the 3% big intrest checking sign out front. Was warmly welcomed by the whole staff. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the branch. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and services. Will be moving to the venice area soon and opening our accounts when we do.

Best customer service. Knowledgeable employees. Long-time employees. I've banked there for at least eighteen years. Only downside is very few branches, however I've kept this bank now that I've moved ten miles south, because i do like them. With atm cards, online banking, i don't need to go there much, but when i do my visits are pleasant and productive.

I am retired and living full time in Mexico so my banking can get somewhat complicated from time to time. It is such a pleasure to be able to call Jacaranda and talk to a real live professional person like Sandy Perrine when problems at this end arise! She and her staff have been there consistently for me over the past 14 years and I cannot praise them enough for their always cheerful, efficient and personal service. If there were 100 stars - or 1,000, I would shower Sandy and her team with them all!

The rates seemed great so I opened a checking and savings account there. I've had a lot of issues already. They don't automatically send you a debit card when you open a checking account. You have to wait 10-12 business days (in case they did send it). Then re-apply online for one to be sent to you. Depositing mobile checks isn't an option until you've had an account open for 3 months. That is unheard of. And it's DEFINITELY something that should be waived in the current COVID-19 Climate. Emailed the customer service email 4 times with no response on various issues. However, the team at the branches seem to be helpful and friendly. So that's a plus. Update 3/29/21 The only benefit of this bank was their exceptional interest rates. After jumping through multiple hoops to make sure my account was eligible for them; they dropped them down significantly with just a casual email. Now there is definitely no benefits, extremely difficult to deposit mobile checks (get up with the times!) and limits are insane. Seriously, no reason to bank here over banks that offer so much more on a day to day ease of use.

My wife and I have both business checking and personal accounts at Liberty Savings Bank. We would highly recommend this bank to new customers! We take advantage of the Gold Account and get cash back on shopping, rewards in the form of gift cards (over $1000. so far from Home Depot) and lots of 1/2 price deals from their entertainment division - we actually used these deals when we traveled to Las Vegas! Staff is wonderful - very friendly and welcoming and we love that this location is ours!

I have been With Liberty Savings Bank for going on 20 years. Their service has always been A+. At the Jacaranda office Sandy and the rest of the tellers treat us great. If you’re looking for a bank with great service I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have used Liberty Savings Bank for several years. We have been treated respectfully and professionally each time we complete transactions. We are never rushed and get all our questions answered. We also like the cd rates they offered us.

I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. Every time you walk in they welcome you and are eager to assist, no matter what the need. Cindy and Sandy have always helped when I was getting to close to running outta money. Calling me,emailing,or even a reminder when I see them in passing. Gotta love those girls. Even when I goto the branch on Shamrock I get to see familiar faces. Keep up the great job. Thanks to everyone.

This bank is like no other .you can feel personal service. if they know you they make everything easy on you. pleasant knowledgeable staff I always leave this branch with a smile on my face. That may depend on the people they hire. Good job guys
