I always have an awesome experience when I come to Liberty Pawn. The staff is super friendly surprisingly knowledgeable about every item they have out on the floor. That's saying something because they have so many different types of things. Everything always looks super organized and clean. Christopher helps me each time. He is knowledgeable and kind. I know I won't be judged for asking too many questions or asking to see something more closely. Chris is really nice and always seems eager to interact with his customers. The uniforms they wear are really cool too, very professional. Not like any of the other Pawn shops I had ever been do before.

Very nice greeting from Will at the Rte 3 store. Their selection of weapons was surprisingly wide considering current events. Will was extremely knowledgeable about the process for firearms purchase, safety, forms, etc. His familiarity of the long gun I selected was admirable. He contacted me via my cell phone as soon as my background check cleared. I’m a VERY HAPPY RETURN CUSTOMER! Five Star customer service is my experience with Liberty Pawn for 10 years now! Very Friendly staff! I had about a 30 minute wait on my gun and they were more then willing to show me anything I wanted to see behind the cases. Ive been going here for years and they have always been the best pawn shop in town.. buying or selling.

Have both pawned items and sold estate jewelry here. Service is always courteous and helpful; sometimes there is a small wait, as it's a busy place but it's always been well staffed. The first time I had gold & silver jewelry to sell, I did a ton of research on how to identify, weigh and price it because I didn't want to let it go for a ridiculous amount. I'm not a haggler, so I wanted to know I was being given a fair price. Their offer was "right on the money" so I made money and they made money. They have earned my trust.

When I entered the shop I was greeted by a young man named Chris. He was very personable, witty, and helpful. I live in Pennsylvania but visit the Fredericksburg area often. I always try to get to the pawn shop to look around. I did buy a few items. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products in the store. I spent more than I had planned. If you had more employees like Chris your business would thrive. What a refreshing breathe of fresh air. I will be visiting the pawn shop again. I wish I lived closer.as I would be in there every week. Chris made my shoooing experience a delight. Can’t wait to visit VA and Chris again. Thank you for having him on your staff. Liberty Pawn and Gold that is run by Dave and Tammy Munsee. Is such a friendly and good environment.I have been dealing with them since they have opened their doors for the first time with the very their first pawnshop.And whenever you go in there they always treat you fair.It is a very welcoming environment. Every single one of their employees are very respectful and nice. And I just wanted to say how awesome Josh is to. He went above and beyond for me numerous times and I will never forget it.

Liberty staff knows the ins ands outs of all their products, and are experts on price too, so you’re always getting the best deal around. If you’re ever worried about the function or quality, Liberty shows no problem giving a demonstration, or testing out a product in store before you purchase. First time going to this pawn store. Sandi greeted me right away. She explained the process, she answered all my questions, gave me fair prices for my items. This may have been my first time inside Liberty Pawn, but it most certainly will not be the last. Clean, bright, well decorated, with tons of valuable merchandise.

I have used this business several times when it was just one location and Tammy and Dave working it.. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. They are charging ridiculous late fees when they wernt even open for business since Friday the 31 until yesterday. I called on Friday and asked if I could pay over the phone in any way and was told no. However that's untrue you can pay via app on your phone.. was I lied to just so I could incur late fees. I will be there to pick up my item and find a new shop to get acquainted with. In response to Tammy this is a shared computer so no I am not michael I was never told of waiving late fees I also wasn't told you would be closed on Saturday my due date when I called to confirm.. I do not agree that your fees are less and paying via phone would mean using the app too insist any differently would be splitting hairs also there are still many without power and can't get out because of downed trees in this freak snow storm you mentioned so the app would be helpful to know about so people dont end up with those late fees

I went into Liberty Pawn & Gold in Fredericksburg to browse. It was my first experience in a pawn store and I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Dawn who immediately put me at ease and answered all of my questions. She was so nice and enthusiastic and it was obvious that she really enjoys her job. This transfers into great customer service which has become so lacking in the last few years. It is so nice to feel valued as a customer. I will definitely return to this store.

. My experience was with the wife of the owner. I had Loaned some of my fire arms on loan to them. It was easy working with the staff initially to get the loan but to get them out was a sh!t show. I come from a military family with veterans. She was rude and made it very difficult to get my firearms back. A 10 min transaction turned into a much longer ordeal. Since it is family owned I WILL NOT be returning as I don’t plan to put any money in that woman’s pocket.

Fantastic group of guys working here! All of them ready to help answer all of my questions. The layaway process was super easy to get through as well. Cannot wait to come back again to check their rotating stock of awesome stuff.

I ordered a blower from them online through Buya. Before I ordered it I called the store directly. They were very helpful and friendly and eased my fears of buying from an online platform I had never used before. The item showed up in like new condition. The best part was it showed up in a couple of days. They said it might take a week. It is very refreshing when someone under-promises and over-delivers. I get tired of people doing the opposite. Great place, great customer service Chris was very helpful from the moment we walked into the shop to the time we left. He got me to spend more then I intended because he kept showing me more things he thought I would be interested in. I left the shop very happy with my new purchases. Absolutely the best Pawn shop around. They take the time to explain issues to you and are extremely fair in their pricing. I thought I had lost a piece of jewelry because I got behind on the payments. Josh came across my item that was scheduled to be melted down and rather than going ahead and sending it off, he actually took the time to call me to see if I still wanted it. Most shops would have just sent it off to be melted. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you are ever in need of a pawn shop, please go see the guys at Liberty Pawn and Gold. Cute guy helped my pawn my gold tooth Marvin I think his name was? Or Martin. I think it was Martin anyways nice clean friendly place to go to they have many things to look through everything from chainsaws to musical instrumentals.

Tried to pawn my two tone 14k white and yellow gold ring with three diamonds, which I had appraised and certified at a value of 2,100$ and I asked for 800$ and even informed them they would get it all back on the 1st and the only offer they could give me was 250$? Are you kidding me

October 23rd it was a cold and rainy day. I walked into Liberty Pawn and was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Will. I was looking for a watch and saw one that I was interested in purchasing. Will showed me the watch and told me about the brand and was very knowledgeable about the product. The watch band was too large for my wrist and will removed a couple of the links for me and it was a perfect fit. I purchased the watch and it has been a great addition to my current collection. All while I was visiting this location I also had my 5 year old son with me who was getting a little wild. Will came to the rescue with a toy and kept him occupied. Exceptional service by Will! Be sure to ask for him.
