Darlene Jones and her team are to be commended for the outstanding service they provide every time I go into their branch. I was trying to accomplish a business task the other day, things were not going as I had planned. Darlene stepped up to the plate and graciously helped achieve my goal. Darlene thank you for your professionalism.

Extremely unprofessional, useless, corrupt people. Applied for a HELOC refi, Branch Manager Darlene Jones said property will require full appraisal to have the requested HELOC amount approved. I said sure, let me think and followed up as I had more questions such as what if property appraised for more than I what I thought its worth, then does the requested $ amount go up etc etc. Called the bank so many times and always her secretary or someone picked up. Requested the secretary to pass on the message and requested a call back. no response to none of the voice mails left. Today, after 2 months, I get a mail saying that 'income is insufficient'. I am like this is pure nonsense, unbelievable and unacceptable behavior. Please do not go to this bank or this branch or have Darlene Jones work on your loan file.

This branch in particular has demonstrated poor customer service repeatedly. Additionally, I have gone in three times now and their "systems are down", whereby they attempt to hand write a receipt on what amounts to a scrap of paper. When I questioned this practice I was met with impatience. Unless you trust your life savings to a handwritten note you may want to think twice before banking here.

The women at this branch are super helpful, I’ve Never had a problem. Everyone has been awesome & very nice. Always have been. 😊

I just wanted to share how the Manager, Darlene Jones was so helpful, kind, and amazing! Ms. Jones went beyond her job requirements to help me with account-bank issues.
