If you call be aware they only want you to fill out an application with no customer service skills. Be aware of companies that doesn’t value who reaches out to them. Remind you they suppose to be soliciting so whoever spent their marketing dollars is wasting money because they have bad reps. He claimed he was a manager!

This has been a great experience so far. I was able to get my debt consolidation put into a monthly loan to start rebuilding my credit so much faster. I have gotten 1 settlement within the last month, and I am looking forward to a speedy reconciling of everything else. Everyone I have worked with has been extremely pleasant and accommodating. Liberty Lending Group sent an advertisement to. We were in need of a loan so we called. The person who listened to our need was not able to help us, however, he referred us to Freedom Plus. We spoke to a customer service representative at Freedom Plus, who also listened to the reason for the loan. He was able to fund the loan in 2 days because of a bank holiday. Ricky from Liberty Lending Group and Customer Service from Freedom Plus have done follow up contact to make sure all has gone well with the process and if there was anything else they could do for us We will be a return customer if the need should arise in the future. I have had a positive experience with Liberty Lending Group. They offered me an affordable solution to old insurmountable debt from my past. They quickly made two settlements happen within one month’s time! I am very much looking forward to continuing to approve the settlements they can acquire on my behalf! I got a letter in the mail from Liberty and I’m always iffy about these offers but I was so in need of help on my credit cards that I gave them a shot. I called them and they made it real clear and a breeze. At first I was a bit confused on how it worked but then it made sense. I’m really glad I reached out to them. It’s going to take a bit to re-establish my credit but it will be a lot faster than trying to pay my credit cards. The app is wonderful and helpful. Keeps track of all activity and they are on the ball when it comes to approvals and updates. Really glad they are helping me out.

Called Liberty after I received a loan offer in the mail to consolidate my credit cards. At the time I was dealing with the most debt I’ve dealt with in my entire life. When I got in touch with Liberty I worked with Kevin and he was extremely understanding of my situation and my credit cards having high balances because I just went through a divorce. Their underwriting process was smooth and simple, after I called in I had to submit some verification documents and statements and then they told me about my options to have my consolidation loan go to me, or directly to paying off the creditors I wanted to take care. Long story short I was able to get the consolidation that I needed to regain some financial footing. I would recommend anyone that is looking to consolidate and save to Liberty! Paying off my high interest credit cards was a pleasant experience with Liberty Lending Group. They helped me find the right loan to pay off cards that I was only able to make minimum payments on and helped my cash flow. I would definitely call them again.

I have no idea who is giving all of these good reviews, but I suspect they are not actual customers but were paid for or are coming from employees. I responded to a mailer inviting me to apply for a $15,000 loan. I was contacted the next day by Brian. First the bait. Brian informed me that I didn't qualify for a traditional personal "loan" where I would get the money and do whatever I wanted with it, but that Liberty offered a debt repayment program in which they pay off my creditors directly and then I would repay Liberty $x per month for x months @ 6.25% interest. None of my accounts had gone delinquent and I wanted to ensure they stayed that way, and that my credit wouldn't be negatively affected. Initially Brian told me the program takes about 30 days to get rolling and that I could continue to make minimum payments to any of my creditors in the mean time to keep the accounts current. Then came the switch. After I had provided all of my checking account details, Brian said he had to transfer me to their 'welcome department', or something like that. This girl comes on the phone and says she's with a company called Freedom Debt Relief, a completely different company, and asks me to listen to a 3 minute recording. The info in the recording described a program where they open a bank account in my name and I agree to give them $x per month that goes into that account. Then when there is a large amount of money in the account (when all of my credit accounts were 3-4 months delinquent and my credit was wrecked), they would contact my creditors and offer a settlement based on the money that had accumulated in my account. Basically they were doing absolutely nothing I couldn't do myself, but charging me $3,500 to do it. When the girl came back on the line I told her I thought she was setting me up with the wrong program because it wasn't at all what Brian had described. She confirmed that it was the correct program and they don't have any programs like what Brian told me he was setting me up with. She also told me that Freedom's only affiliation with Liberty is a partnership - they are not the same company - and that this kind of thing had happened several times with people she had talked to from Liberty, and that she was making a report that she would send to her supervisor. So basically, these guys are total scam artists. They have created fake reviews, lie to get people in the door and then take advantage of people that think they have no other options. Update to reply to the company response below: Having read other reviews here before contacting Liberty, I was fully aware there was a possibility I would not be approved for a personal loan. Please understand, my negative review is not a complaint for not being approved for a personal loan. My complaint against Liberty is that I was told by Brian that they would be directly paying my creditors *up front*, and I would be repaying Liberty in a 'loan' type format, and that my credit would be affected minimally when the accounts were initially closed, but that my credit would recover fully within 90 days. I forgot to mention this in my original post, but Brian also assured me (in writing, see attached image) that a "settled for less than full amount" notation on a credit report was no different than "paid in full". This is patently false. And now they are claiming to have reviewed my account and deny they gave me inaccurate information. Unfortunately for them I have written proof and recorded the telephone calls. Again, beware of these liars.

Liberty Lending Group was amazing in getting me the loan that I needed. Their loan officer bent over backwards to meet my needs as far as the amount I needed and then the monthly payment. She explained everything in detail and answered my millions of questions. The funding came through quickly. It couldn't have been a better experience! I highly recommend going through Liberty Lending Group for any kind of loan.

I want to thank Freedom Debt Relief...My patience with the process is paying off. I have received my first successful settlement with a creditor at 65% reduced payoff rate. I have also been notified that other settlements are in the works. I am glad I decided to go with Liberty & Freedom Debt Relief.

They have been great to work with! They are awesome with communication and answering any questions we have. We were able to consolidate and pay a lower monthly amount while settling our accounts. The website is super helpful and easy to navigate allowing us to constantly know what’s going on with our settlements and negotiations. Can’t recommend this company enough!!

I was looking for a lower interest rate loan to pay off a huge dental cost that was costing me a ton with compounding interest charges. I luckily came across Freedom Plus, a partner of Liberty Lending. I can't remember the people's names that graciously and simply walked me thru the whole process, but they were great. Anytime I called with a question, I got quick, friendly and informative responses. Now my credit isn't excellent, but they still got me a loan at a fair rate that saved me quite a bit of money in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this company and/or its partners.

I got super piled up with debt after I had a bad accident that kept me from working unfortunately.... thought about debt consolidation but generally never looked into it. I received a loan consolidation offer in the mail from Liberty Lending Group and spoke with Kevin and he educated me on the process and how much I could save. He was super helpful and thorough in explaining what I was getting into. We did a quick application and the following day he called me back with what I was approved for. The process was smooth and simple and now instead of paying on fourteen different accounts I have ONE payment that is manageable, and I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. What I was doing before was getting me nowhere, paying the minimum monthly payments then literally charging my cards again, then paying the minimum, it was an unsustainable cycle and I'm happy to finally feel like I'm making progress on bouncing back from a tough period. I would recommend this company to anyone dealing with a similar situation!

I was very nervous at the beginning of this whole process because I had never used a debt consolidating agency before and had heard bad things about that process. However this company definitely surprised me. My best friend is also using this company and has all good things to say about it. The representatives have all been very informative and helpful. I didn't fully realize just how much in debt I was until it was calculated up for me. Using this company has made my budget so much more manageable and lowered my monthly pay out for credit cards and other debt. It has really set my mind at ease knowing what exactly is going out and where is going to. They have kept me in the loop every step of the way and I would recommend this company to anybody that has uncontrollable debt.

Orville was my contact when I first called and was very helpful walking me through the necessary steps to begin the process of getting out from under the high interest credit card debt. I just received my first settlement for 65% off the balance owed and the second one is in process for 70% off. You must be patient if you go this route, my first settlement took 4 months, but if you hang in there it's definitely worth it as they work to get you the best possible settlement.

I decided to get a loan with Liberty Lending Group to consolidate my credit cards, pay off some medical bills and repair a broken bathroom. I have to say, everyone I have talked to throughout the process has been extremely nice and informative. The process itself wasn’t as consuming as I imagined it would be. Not too mention the funding all happened within 2 days. Super fast! If I ever need another loan I won’t hesitate to do business with them in the future!

I took a chance on one of those mailers I got in the mail believing that I would regret it, not get approved, or give away sensitive information. I was wrong. Liberty Lending far exceeded my expectations and I ended up with a fantastic loan that paid off my two high interest (25%+) credit cards. I was expecting a 12%+ rate, but ended up with a 5.99% rate. I could've gotten a little extra cash, but it would've cost a lot more. They walked me through several scenarios and (thankfully) I chose the one that was best for me. Instead of paying $400 to two credit cards (half of which went to interest) and paying them for many years, I'll be paying $430 a month and be done with the loan in TWO years. Both my wife and I breathed a sigh of relief when we got off the phone. Also, I received two calls over the next week checking in on me and whether I was pleased with the experience. AND...I called on Monday and the money posted to my credit cards on Friday morning, four days later. I wish every banking experience was like this. So grateful for a solution. I made the decision to get help with Liberty Lending Group when overwhelmed by an expensive divorce, moving and medical expenses. I was assigned a fantastic rep (Jake) in August when I signed up and he has guided me through the process along the way. Today, was my first settlement. I have more to go, however the process and people with Liberty helping me are fantastic, so it just takes time and patience to work through the process.

Liberty has provided excellent customer service. Always sending me updated information electronically and handled my account without creating any issues for me. Effortlessly they have already handled two accounts of mine. Words can not express my gratitude for the dedication, thoroughness, timely, and professionalism that Liberty stands for! Liberty lending group made it so easy to get a loan. Being a banker myself where I also process loans for customer I can tell you this was one of my best experiences. They are so fast and efficient. I definitely recommend them !!
