This place is extremely racist. The Spanish workers there especially esperanza does not like to help black people and is only nice to the Spanish people that walks in. She is extremely racist and I’m going to report this company to highest level that I can

Horrid lines and very bad customer service. They close down lines when they see crowd coming in and open more windows when there is nobody. The way they treat people is actually malicious.

I came here early before there was even a line and had to wait over ten minutes just for a roll of quarters. One of the cashier just sat there staring at me without a care in the world. I feel that these people need to be better with their customer service. Highly unprofessional.

Incoherent: CC DISCRIMINATES AGINST VETERANS! I receive a stipend from the VA - Veterans Administration under a Program called CWT. CC would not open a direct deposit acct for me because I am unable to provide a check stub from the VA (denoting first check). EVEN though I was able to provide a letter from the VA detailing where the money comes from and why, etc. The VA does not write checks. Direct deposit only. NOTING to them that I do not possess cash and am unable to acquire a proper bank acct at this time (obviously).

I just love these people they are very nice to me I go every month to cash my check and pay my bills and get my quarter's at the same time and if I need a money order I get that also I have no problem with this place of business the employees are very nice to me I tell people about this place at one time they would buy gift cards and you would get half the value of the card but they stoped this some months back

Esperanza turned me back from cashing a check from chase bank that I just got from a photography job. I've been here tens of times but your ability to cash a check really depends on how well trained the cashier is and Esperanza definitely is not a well trained one.

Maria the manager at this location illegally and fraudulently got information without my consent. and refused to cash a check that was valid. Had to void check due to fraudulent activity from this individual. On top of that she was rude and showed no customer service. Plus lied about talking to the company that sent the check. While calling them a liar.

I've been with them for 3 years. Someone wrote me a bad check and they approved it; then they wanted their money back. This caused the refusal of giving me my Western Union I was late on rent and a $300 fine. Avoid these people like the plague. They're disgusting don't ever do business with them.

The teller didn't listen. She performed a transaction for the wrong amount. I didn't argue with her even though she gave me a condescending look. There are other businesses that value customers. I won't use your services again. Beware.

Efficient, friendly and helpful. I was wary of this sort of business, but had to pick up a Western Union transfer. They handled it well, and advised me on local atm options.
