My Chrysler Pacifica’s hood was repainted here, but within two years the repainted place had the same issues again, even worse than before. I went back to Lia in June 2021 and the staff said to schedule to repaint and let me wait. It is been a year now and I‘ve called a few times during this time, and it still makes me waiting. Does anyone have the same situation as me? Is this normal at Lia?

Appointments are useless. If I call and state that I need A,B, and C done, the service department knows what each and every job cost ,AND how long it takes. They obviously overbook Appointments in order to get your money in the door. I don't have time for that kind of nonsense. I'm willing to pay good money for quality work. I was recently charged $200 for for four lug nuts! If I'm going to pay top dollar to get ripped off I'll go to Mavis and save me the 35 minute drive. It's a shame Gabby and Jared are great employees. I wouldn't trust John to bag my groceries.

Was on hold and bounced around just trying to talk to a service advisor. Was promised a call back that never came. I bought a 2012 Ram 1500 about 6 years ago from them and had a good experience. But don't buy any service package or attempt to get your vehicle serviced by them within any reasonable time or even be treated like a customer. I called a competitor and had a much better experience. To Lia sales staff, I am planning to buy a new vehicle and your service department caused you a sale. Three business days and no promised call back. So it also appears they are liars AVOID this dealership! To Response: The call came almost 5 days after I called. My truck sits idle and I only knew you called yesterday because my phone history notes it. I will work with your competition to get the truck fixed and on my next purchase.

I dropped my Jeep off on a Wednesday night for a Thursday afternoon appointment to have my front end rebuilt. By Thursday morning my service advisor, Don, had already called me to inform me of the estimated cost, time of completion, and any potential problems they may encounter. By Friday afternoon my Jeep was done. Lia absolutely exceeded my expectations as far as quality and speed of service and I will definitely be doing business there again.

Excellent service , I purchased my first ram and my salesmen could not have done a better job. ISAIAH LYKE was my salesperson. He was very explanatory, and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

I inquired about a ram truck emailed and had a salesman text me it would be a few days. After a few days of no response I text them. I was told they were off work until Tues. I text again after no response I was then told it has sold. We went to the dealership anyway as you had a few similar trucks. The salesman Charles made zero attempt to sell a truck. My wife inquired on a vehicle also. Again he made no attempt to make a sale. Thats 2 sales that walked for lack of caring. He seemed bothered by asking on the vehicles. Not ever going to a lia dealership again.

Salesman awesome 👍 buying experiance smooth and easy . But when having to deal with " Michelle" to review extended warranties. Situation became very unpleasant , Hostile and uncomfortable . She is a very rude women , that should not be in customer service. After declining what she was reviewing with us and when my husband mentioned he was a mechanic . She sat and degraded him while sitting there. And was rude to both of us finishing up the sale. Almost made me want to back out and go else where. But since all other aspects were pleasent. I did not. Hopefully will not have to deal with "michelle" ever again. And hopefully you will honestly read this and speak with her about her people skills.

The service dept is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Had vehicle towed in for bad starter. Would not even look at the vehicke for 10 days. Had to have vehicle re towed to Fucillo Amsterdam. They took care of vehicle next day. Service advisor did not care about customer needs.

Best selections of Ram trucks in the Capital area. Able to get the exact one I wanted. Gave me a good price on my trade. Low pressure selling. Maybe a little too low. I prefer a bit more enthusiasm. I'm thinking the salesperson was not well versed in various trim levels of the 2500 line. Overall a good experience though. Truck has worked out well for over 18 months.

I had the worst experience here. The salesman was Ok, but the manager was very rude and inexperienced in dealing with the customer. Being a Lia Toyota loyalist, I don't recommend this Lia Chrysler showroom.

Purchased my vehicle there new in 2018. Went to the Quick Lube lane and was told they were booking a week in advance. Also purchased a maintenance service contract for three oil changes. I know I only used two but they said I had none remaining. Had issues with this dealership in the past over extended warranty coverages. Hopefully the owner will see the BS.

Unfortunately, the warranty you purchased was for 3 synthetic oil changes and 3 tire rotations which one was completed at our facility and the other two were completed at Main Motors. We do have all the work orders when and where they were performed. We also contacted FCA to confirm and they did state that all three services were completed. Great experience from start to finish! Normally I will skip even looking at dealership websites that don't publish their inventory prices upfront, but I entered my email and was very pleased with their pricing policy. Very straight forward pricing explaining every part of the pricing and incentives that factor into your final price on a vehicle. Called the dealership on a specific vehicle and talked through my trade in and incentives that I would be eligible for as well as my financing plans. Submitted financing application online which was very easy and quick. They worked with my bank and the bank verified everything they promised me in the preliminary discussions on financing terms. Unlike two other area RAM dealerships, everything they explained to me or promised me on pricing etc., they came through on. Honest, straight forward and true to their word from trade in allowance to incentives to financing. Could not be happier with my experience with Lia RAM. Thank you Lia for doing the right thing. Hats off to Charles Assini for finding me a impresssive looking Ram Big Horn, not just the color and trim but all the specs I was particular about like anti spin differential and a 3:92 axel ratio, this thing can even park itself and back up a trailer.

Just had some minor work done on my RAM truck, and was so pleased with how these guys handled the whole interaction. I was a short-notice appointment, and the Service Tech - Patrick Myrie could not have been better. He got me in pretty quickly, and always felt that Patrick was looking out for me, kept me updated, and kept it a friendly and efficient experience all the way through. It was a higher level of service than I ever expected, and as a new Lia RAM customer for my newly purchased pre-owned (late model) RAM truck, I will not hesitate to use, and would recommend using this service department at Lia.

I thought that that the personnel where very polite and knowledgeable. However, I felt the price was way to high. I had to pay almost $140.00 just for them to remove 5 lug nuts and replace them! Not the tire! Just the lug nuts. That is all! You can buy these lug nuts at Advanced Auto for $2.49, so must the dealership charge almost $12.00 each. Unfortunately this is the reason that so many people do not like to take their vehicle back to the dealer for services unless they absolutely have to. Which is a shame because their staff are very good. I was very happy with the service and staff, It was just the cost that upset me. It would be nice if big companies like this looked out for the community there in, instead of there pockets. Especially during a pandemic and around the Holiday season when people are already struggling.

Bought my Chrysler 300S here in 2018. It is a beautiful car. I would like to take a minute to say that the few times I have been back for service (oil changes, inspections, tire rotations), they have treated me like they really appreciate having me as a customer. I was in the showroom for service on my vehicle a 2011 Dodge Durango hemi citadel and I would have liked to look at new Durango’s especially since I received a call about upgrading and not one person would speak to me. I was completely offended. I got up and looked at the new third row jeep in the lot and was ignored. I will never do business at this location. I am in sales and I would never ignore a customer who is showing buying signals.

Horrible and unprofessional service. I brought my dodge challenger in for an issue with the cluster. They fix the issue but to do so had to take out my deck. In the process of taking my deck out to fix the problem, they did something to the wiring of my 2 sub woofers that caused them to not work at all. I instantly notice when I get the car back in my possession and before I even leave the lot I go back in and request they fix my subs. Jared pot was very rude and condescending saying it must've not been done right and basically they are not fixing it. I tell him it was obviously was done right if they worked when I came in and request to speak to a manager. Conviently he isn't available and they don't have a number for him.. After days of calling leaving multiple messages and coming in I finally get to see the manager and they send my car to boomer McCloud to get fixed. Noy even 3 months later the car is doing the same thing. I bring it in and tell them and ask about the warranty they have on the work. Before even looking at my car he says he will need to charge me another 2 diagnostic fees and they won't cover the repairs regardless what the issue is . I told them I would like an email of the first diagnostic report sent to me because I didn't want to do business with them if that was the case. The email was never sent. My request via multiple emails and calls were ignored. Everytime I called, a manager nor Jared was available. I'm assuming because they knew when I took the car to zappone dodge and the same exact codes or issue popped up from 3 months prior they would be responsible. I basically took it as a loss and decided it wasn't worth the head ache and time to deal with them and paid out of pocket again at zappone dodge in Clifton park to fix the issue again . Would never recommend Lia dodge to anyone. Very rude from start to finish dealing with Jared. Very unprofessional. In regards to the response of this post where you claim jared wasn't rude, I 100% disagree. i interacted with no one besides the manager (who was not rude) and that was 1 time out of the 5 times I went in to resolve the on going issue. So please tell me how you would kno how poor the customer service was if no one witnessed it except myself and Jared. And not only did you ignore my multiple requests for a copy of the diagnostic that I paid for but now you are also publicly lying about it. And if you would like I can post a screenshot of the 1 way conversation where I asked for it multiple times and call log showing how much times I called. I never received a reply or a call back. if I'm wrong show me the proof. Show me the email you claim you sent with the diagnostic codes

Terrible experience from the beginning. Gerry Benson was extremely condescending and spoke in a demeaning manner. My loan payoff was pulled without my consent. He said things like, “what is it that you’re looking to get?” in a belittling tone and even asked, “Can you make a decision or do you need to call your father first?” Against my better judgement, I put down a deposit because I really liked the car. I was told I could pick it up the next day. Well, 2 days later, I had to call and ask where we were with paperwork. I was then told it would be a week to wait for parts. Following a week, I had to call and find out if it was ready. Set up a date for pick up, scheduled a babysitter and rearranged my entire day. The morning of the appt, Gerry called and said they didn’t have lein release from other dealership. I voiced my annoyance and magically, within an hour, they found the paperwork. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I bought a new vehicle elsewhere and am so glad that I did! I returned yesterday to retrieve my deposit. Gerry wouldn’t make eye contact or acknowledge my presence as he had to get my file and money. A professional, “I’m sorry we couldn’t make this work.” would have been appropriate. Would not recommend this dealership. Edited to respond to Sales Manager, Matthew Dyer: You were not present for our interactions so you are unaware of what your sales associate said to me and how he spoke to me. I did not leave out key facts but wrote an honest review with key details for your potential customers to read for themselves to decide. I was not pushing to pick up the vehicle, and instead, Gerry was asking me to pick it up earlier than when it was even ready. Again, due to unorganized practices and miscommunications within your establishment. There is a reason businesses should respond directly to a customer regarding a poor experience. By attempting to defend your own interests, you further hurt your own company. I stand by my words and review and hope the general public is able to see the truth for themselves. Buyers beware!
Holly, I am the sales manager that worked your deal with Gerry Benson the day you were here. I'm extremely disappointed and confused by your version of the events of your dealings with us. Gerry Benson has always had a very high customer satisfaction rating and your omission of some key facts cast a very dark shadow on him. The fact that we pulled your payoff was because you advised Gerry that you didn't know what you owed on your trade but wanted payments in your quote. You told him who the lienholder was so we pulled the payoff in order to calculate a bottom line price showing you sale price minus trade allowance plus tax, fees and DMV, plus the balance owed on your trade. How else were we to calculate your bottom line price and show you payment options? Gerry did not ask you about calling your father. He did ask you if you needed to call your husband before you made a final decision because you had called him to discuss the deal while you were sitting at Gerry's desk and even had Gerry speak to him on your cell phone. The reason he asked what you were trying to accomplish was because you were being evasive as far as telling us what earned your business. You were not able to take immediate delivery of the vehicle because it was a recent trade in that our shop had not fully completed all the required reconditioning and we had not received the lien release from the bank who held the previous owners loan which we had payed off. We will not allow a customer to take delivery of a vehicle that needed reconditioning has not been completed, nor is any New York State auto dealer allowed by DMV to deliver any preowned vehicle without proper documentation that they own the vehicle free and clear (title and lien release). While we understand that waiting to take delivery of a vehicle once you decide to purchase it is frustrating, it is unfortunately more common than ever in today's market. The last few facts that I'd like to bring up that you conveniently omitted are as follows: You came in to the dealership on a used vehicle with a very competitive advertised price that was well below book value and repeatedly asked for larger price concessions. We did work with you on price and trade allowance, just not to the extent that you asked for. Once you decided to purchase the vehicle you decided to purchase a protective product priced at nearly $800 which we applied to the vehicle yet we refunded your entire deposit without hesitation or question despite the fact that we could legally hold it until we sell the vehicle. When you came in on Monday to get your deposit refund, Gerry handled the refund promptly and politely despite the fact that you had confirmed your delivery appointment for Saturday, then called advising us you were en route but would be late but later admitted that you were at another dealer buying a new car during the exact time you told Gerry you would be here for delivery. In summary I'd just like to point out that I'd rather discuss a customers issues over a private phone call, email or in person, but when someone publicly complains about our store or employees by intentionally omitting half of the facts I am compelled to respond with our side of the story. I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee on 6/16/2020. I have yet to get the registration for my new vehicle. My license and registration is now suspended due to DMV thinking I still have the 2011 Ford Escape that I traded in when I purchased the Jeep. I have made several attempts to get this taken care of with LIA and I keep getting the run around and no one will return my calls anymore. I spoke with Matt on Friday the 7th and he advised that he would put me in a rental and that he would call me back. Never got a return call. This is unacceptable. I work in customer service as a NY state licensed adjuster and I know how important it is to have a valid legal license and plates on my vehicle. Can someone please get this taken care of or I will have to make further complaints. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life time and have never received such poor customer service or had such a bad experience anywhere.

I will give Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 0 stars. It made me put in 1 star to post. I brought my van into this dealership to have some work done on covered items. I received a call back stating that my rear rotors and pads were shot. This along with 2 or 3 other uncovered items (wiper blades and break fluid flush)was quoted $1300. I declined the extra repairs. The next day I brought the van to my local mechanic to have the breaks checked out and see how much it would be. Within 30 minutes, my mechanic called back to tell me that my rotors and pads were in perfect shape and did not need to be replaced. I came to Lia because of a bad experience at Armory garage in Albany hoping to not get ripped off. I was wrong. Dealerships are all the same. Just looking to rip off people to make money. Stay clear of these dealerships. Find yourself a good local family run mechanic and stick with them.
Mr. Brandow, Thank you for taking the time to send in a response to our dealership survey. After reviewing the repair order, it appears that you had come in originally for two concerns both of which were repaired under the extended warranty contract you currently have on your vehicle. A complementary multipoint inspection is performed on every vehicle that comes through our service department and during that inspection, the technician found leaking transmission cooler lines, which were also a covered component of that extended warranty. In addition, the technician recommended replacement of rear pads and rotors and a brake fluid exchange. The reasoning behind that recommendation is that when the technician inspected the inboard surface of the rotor, he found the surface delaminating and the pads to be sticking within the caliper bracket. Please accept my apologies and I would also like to extend a courteous inspection with myself if you be interested of the rear brakes to confirm my technicians findings. Thank god this was not my personal vehicle and it was a fleet vehicle. I have started the process of buying a wrangler but it will not be from this place. I took the truck in for a few items, two flat tire, a lug nut was not fitting on the treads, an oil change and squeaky brakes. The major issue I have was that I brought it in at 8am on 5/27 and did not get it back until 6/2. I was told before hand that it would need to be a drop off, which I accepted. My expectation was that the truck would of been reviewed on 5/27 and if any parts were need it would stay 5/28 for them, and I would be able to pick up that afternoon. I called about 7 times on 5/28 to get an update on the truck but there was no answer. I showed up in person and saw only one associate working. This associate told me that they could not track the vehicle down since it wasn't them that took it in. On Tuesday morning the associate that was handling my truck called me back saying that a tech would be looking at it today. The truck sat from Friday until Tuesday mid day. End of day Tuesday the associate called me back telling me the items that needs to be fixed. I asked if they knew how long the repair would take and they could not give me a time frame. I then ask if there were any rentals I can have since my truck has been there so long, they said there was nothing. Most issues were rectify by end of day Wednesday 6/1 and I picked up in the morning 6/2. I completely get that it was a holiday weekend. But I would of rather had a response along the lines of " hey we cant get your truck in today or this weekend but we can on Tuesday mid day" instead of it just sitting in the parking lot with items that I need to continue my job. I would of then been able to schedule my self accordingly. The best part is that they did not change the oil. I went to look at the receipt and saw it was not charged. I know I told this to the person that scheduled me on the phone but not sure if I told it to the associate at the dealer ship. It would be really helpful to have a print out of what is being done so I can confirm that everything that was verbal was been written down correctly and nothing was missed. I think more training is needed, the associates were pleasant to deal with and tried to help. However there needs to be better training on communication and there needs to be a text feature implemented. update 6/3: Brakes are still squeaking. My time here was a complete waste of time and money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a Jeep Compass latitude lux and waited six weeks for it to arrive. The day before I was provided a picture of "my car". I questioned the picture and said this does not look like the car I ordered as the car I ordered had black rims. I was then told that jeep no longer has black rims and they all are getting the cheap silver rims. I called three jeep dealerships and asked the accuracy of that. They all said that is incorrect. Then the next day the salesman Gerry called me to ask about if finance can call me prior to me arriving later that day. I said no because I have yet to physically see the car and it looked incorrect to me. 20 minutes later finance called me and I declined. The message said I needed to talk to them before coming in but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. When I arrived to lia the car they said was mine was the completely wrong vin and model. I said this is wrong. The salesman told me the person "picked up the wrong car". Later the manager Stephen who was also rude said my car " fell off their order list". Both seemed to be lies and they were unapologetic and just completely rude when confronted with their mistake. I only can assume since there was no due diligence done prior to me questioning the accuracy of the car that they were going to charge me $32,000 for the lower end $29,000 car they insisted was mine. I can only imagine how many people they scam and are completely rude too. The economy and supply chain are going to change and they will regret how unprofessional, rude and scam artist they are and how that will spread by word of mouth.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Jeep from Lia two years ago. I recently noticed large spots on the roof where the paint had bubbled, chipped, and started to rust underneath. Due to the extent of the damage, it is apparent it has been happening for quite some time. After contacting Lia via their online customer service, they called me and asked why I contacted them. I explained the situation and was transferred between various departments and people no less than seven times. After being transferred back to one of the original people I had spoken with, she took my information and said she'd find out who I needed to talk to and call me back. After a week I still had not heard anything. So I called back and was transferred around again to no avail. I then took photos of the damage and sent it to their customer service who referred me to Alyx in service. Another two days went by with no follow up. I called twice and left two separate voicemails for Alyx over the span of a week and did not receive a call back. I then took the vehicle to Lia's collision center for an assessment and they told me it looked as though the paint on the roof had been repaired before and thus would not be covered under warranty. However, this information was not disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle nor was it on the CarFax report. I again attempted to follow up with service at Lia to discuss a waver so the paint repair would be covered under warranty. After getting the run around again, I asked for a corporate number. My information was passed to Matthew, the sales manager, who listened to what I had to say and assured me he would follow up. Five days later I still had not received a follow up call from Matthew so I reached out and provided him with the information from the collision center. To date, I still have not heard from Matthew or anyone at Lia. I would not recommend Lia to anyone.

If the repairs are approved, then we can proceed with the repairs. My offer would be to take the necessary steps and submit your request for consideration on the needed repairs. We did exam your warranty coverage and the vehicles corrosion warranty has expired, but we can still submit the request and ask for goodwill assistance from Stellantis. MICHAEL LIA JR. Was my sales guy and I couldn't have asked for anyone better suited for my purchase, he was very relaxed and never rushed me. My favorite part about working with Michael is he will never give you an answer to a question he doesn't know, he always directed me to someone who could help ( I don't write reviews often but I have no shame in saying I only came across one individual who was rude and at the time I just laughed at him while he was "helping" me").. If you come across any employee that says "what do you want me to do about it..." when you ask a simple question just know your mood when leaving will not be a positive one. I'm not here to leave a negative review because at the end of the day I love my car and Michael and the finance department were very helpful, but Im also not going to let the fact that an employee made a hostile environment over a simple question that could have led to a simple response with reassurance.. Last visit my brakes were replaced all around, this time was just an inspection. You will get more honesty and integrity at a buy here pay here dealership. We agreed on a price and ORDERED a new Jeep and put the first months payment down. Five weeks later I get a call saying the Jeep has arrived but they can’t honor the deal. The price ultimately went up around $100/month even though they were generous enough to give us $250 off and some floor mats. I understand market adjustments but not after a deal is made and money is exchanged.

So this is how NOT to deliver an almost $60k truck. First please understand that I detailed cars for a dealership when I was a teenager. I also went on to sell new and used cars for a couple of years after that so I know a bit about how the business works. Not to mention my friend and neighbor managed a few of the dealerships in our area for years. I also have bought over a dozen new and used vehicles in the last 10 years for my personal use and businesses. This was by far the worst delivery experience I have had in 35 years of buying cars. I have bought cars out of state before and the normal procedure is similar to buying local. The dealer usually have staff that interact with my bank, insurance company and RMV to finalize the details. You show up to the dealer with your trade and sign your final paperwork while someone changes the plates and then you are on your way. Not here, they insisted that I meet a driver at my local RMV to swap vehicles. It sounded a bit bizarre at first but I figured that seeing how this was a huge dealer that it was ok. Here is where it starts getting weird. Instead of them communicating directly with my insurance agent and credit union to verify that everything is in order it is left up to me to do all the normal tasks normally handled by a dealers staff. On the morning of delivery I spend about 6 hours running around in the July heat to my banks, insurance company and two trips to the RMV with their driver. Then I notice that the truck has not been properly detailed for delivery. It looks like someone just filled up the gas tank and sent it on its way. At the end of the afternoon once we finally have the registration in place the driver says that he has some stuff to sign. So we end up having to sit on a couple of chairs in the RMV entry way with no table or desk to sign papers. It is at this point that a completely untrained man starts asking me to sign all of the closing documents. He has no idea what any of this paperwork actually is nor can he answer any of my questions about the papers. These are all legal documents mind you and I am in a forced position to sign them or I am not sure what will happen. Now I am irritated to a point where I am ready to say take the truck back but it is already in my name and I really do not have an option but to sign the papers. I even started to write some hostile notes on a couple of the papers. Especially the one where they want you to sign off on the fact that someone has explained all of the documents to me clearly and I understand them. It is getting late and I am hot, sweaty and haven't eaten in close to 8 hours now because I have been doing work that the dealers staff should have done. Now it starts getting entertaining. Later that evening I get a phone message from the driver telling me that he forgot to get the banks check from me for the new truck as well as the title for my trade in. I laugh to myself thinking that it serves them right for not handling this entire deal in a professional manner. I did not sleep well that night and when I got up I called my neighbor to ask his advice. He said that I should just contact the General Manager of the dealership directly because he would want to hear about my experience and would most likely want to compensate me for my troubles. I did exactly that and Chis Snyder, the General Manager, got back to me right away and agreed to send a driver out the next day to return my truck to the dealership for a proper detail and that he was going to give me a $250 gift certificate towards Mopar accessories. No real use for the accessories so I asked him if he would consider helping me with a planned purchase of a spray in bed liner for the truck and he said that he would look into it and let me know. Fair enough, I feel like the guy is trying so I agree to have my truck picked up the next morning. Needles to say I got nothing more than a clean truck with almost 300 extra miles on it. No gift certificate. No bed liner. Never again. If my experience sways your decision to buy then please let them know.

I purchased a hard to find used Ram 3500 Dually Diesel truck from Robert Filuta at Lia Chrysler Ram. It was (supposed to be) a 5 1/2 hour drive from my house, he happily stayed past closing due to some extra traffic we hit on the way, and he made it well worth the round trip. There were a couple glitches in the transaction, but Robert and the rest of the Lia staff made sure they were ironed out quickly. The easiest and best service on a vehicle purchase and follow-up I have ever experienced, and I am almost 70 so I have bought quite a few!

We have been in search for a new vehicle to accommodate our once again changing family. We have two labrador retrievers who require room along with the addition of grandchildren. Spent over $2k for the engine light being on in my Jeep, a few days later it's back on. I don't get it. My Jeep went in multiple times for the same problem and everytime I end up with the same result. At this point it's starting to feel like a money grab for you guys. Not to mention your salesman/ workers (John in particular) is rude and has no clue what he's doing. Definitely not bringing my Jeep back here but would love for my light to go off or at least some of my money back. This is ridiculous.

From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Everyone respected COVID mask wearing and social distancing.. The whole process went perfectly! Purchased a new $50k truck on 9/29. Took delivery and went home. Upon arriving home and further inspection I found a ding in the tailgate with a paint chip at the center. Immediately took pics and emailed the sales guy (less than 2 hours after delivery). They emailed back and said they would take care of it. I brought the truck back one week later. The GM Tried to deny responsibility and said they would PDR the dent and use touch on the chip. That is unacceptable for a brand new truck. The tailgate should look new because it is! Make sure you inspect a vehicle if you ever buy one from Lia because they sure will deny any damage they are responsible for once you leave. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from them and the last. Vinny the sales person has been more than helpful. I would give him 5 stars, but management is a clown show.
Jared, Thank you for taking the time to share your review to multiple online sites. As we discussed when you brought your truck back the week after you took delivery, four different people inspected your truck prior to you taking it home; a technician, a detailer, your salesperson and yourself. Not one of you (yourself included) noticed the small ding and slight scratch in the tailgate. When I looked at it, I thought it looked like a stone chip that could have happened on your way home, but still offered to do a paintless dent repair, buff the scratch and touch up any remaining paint imperfections a AT NO COST TO YOU, despite the fact that no one knows when the damage happened. You said that our offer was unacceptable and insisted we paint the entire tailgate. When we refused, you asked for the phone number for FCA customer service which we gave you. After you contacted them and the looked into your concern, they deemed your request to paint the tailgate was unwarranted as well. Now as I write this your truck is in our service department getting the repairs done as I offered to do initially. By far the worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. I bought a certified Dodge Ram a month ago and haven’t even made a first payment. Buying certified you would think the brakes should last at least a month right? The back brakes are squealing because the back rotors need to be replaced. I had another mechanic look at it and he also said they need to be replaced. I made a appointment for Tuesday and the service advisor said to bring it right in so I did. I waited 2 hours to be told that the back brakes are fine, then The advisor said he heard the squealing but there’s nothing he can do,That I had to talk to sales because they declined to fix it. I couldn’t believe how bad the customer service is. So now only owning the car a month I have to go somewhere and pay for new rotors on my CERTIFIED vehicle. Good thing I payed extra for a certified. Stay far away. You live you learn I suppose.

Not the warmest Car buying experience. We recently went in to talk about an upcoming lease coming to an end with the sales person we leased the vehicle with. The employee didn't know which vehicle trim we had, when the lease was up, and did not give us any solid answers about the upcoming new Jeep L Release. We left with more questions than we came with and are very reluctant to go back. It appeared the salesman was more interested in personal fashion then making us happy. There may be better locations to Buy/Lease a Jeep in the Capital Region.

Minor service call -- fog light bulb replacement on the Renegade -- was pretty dear, especially considering that I had the car only seven days before it blew (used car). I'll think twice before I do routine maintenance here. Jim S. UPDATE: The service manager reached out to me and we had a god conversation. While I was not disputing the fact that there was a charge -- I understand that bulbs can blow at any time -- he said that since it happened so soon after purchase he would arrange for a full refund. Follow up to dealerships reply. I sent pics less than 2 hours after taking delivery. I was told to come in when convenient. Yes, I came in to get it fixed as you offered. IT WAS MY ONLY OPTION. I had no choice unless paying out of pocket for something that happened on your lot. A rock kicked up from behind the truck flew forward and magically scratched , dented and chipped the tailgate? That defies the laws of physics. I should have caught the damage but I seriously doubt 5 people looked over the truck. You could have stood up and properly taken care of it, but you chose the cheap way because there's nothing I could do about it and you know it. I've purchased 3 cars there and that's how you treat a repeat customer?
Mr. Hale, We did repair the minor scratch and ding that no one saw (yourself included) prior to you taking delivery of your new RAM 1500. The tiny ding and scratch were removed and the minor paint chip was touched up at no cost to you. We never said we would not help you or take care of the issue.
