So glad we had Phillip Kizziar handling our loan and all the details. He was aggressive and prompt, very understanding as to our needs. He went to bat for us when they were any problems and made everything go so smoothly. As an older couple, this would have been a very difficult situation had it not been for Phillip and his hard and diligent work. He was very knowledgeable about each step of the loan process and did many things to make it easier for us.

Leo Timmons and the LHM team just pulled off a miracle. We had been given a discount by the builder from whom we were buying our home if we could close by the end of the month. We signed the contract and closed in a record 8 days. Granted everyone, including the appraiser were amazing but the LHM team were like bulldogs getting it done. Leo is easy to work with, explains things well, is accessible and goes above and beyond expectations. We did a previous refinance with Leo and would recommend the Timmons team to anyone.

Not happy with my experience using this Third Party lender. I feel like if they would have done their due diligence to ask proper questions about my finances and legal status. We could have avoided so much time wasting and run arounds but I feel like they just wanted to sign me as a customer. I do have permission to be here and is a small business owner trying to purchase my first home. First home I applied for I paid initial cost, estimate cost, and appraisal fee. I was giving multiple closing dates. I even terminated the contract where I was living to go to month to month in the mean time, so I can be ready to move with my family. I get a call days before the 4th closing date that the owner terminated the contract to sell his house. I was able to recover initial cost but lost estimate cost and appraisal fee. I also couldn't get help how to properly distribute my finances within my accounts to pay closing fees when the time came. I had to call multiple times to determined a lot of things myself. Second home I was approve, I paid initial cost and appraisal fee. I get an email from the lender to submit some additional documentation in regards to myself and wife. That is when they find out I don't qualify under the Buyers requirements. That is something they should have noticed from day 1 and I would have done this a different route. Why egg me on for months and get my daughters happy, to just say oh we can't help you.
