    John listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect home. He also worked with a local lender to ensure that I was fully pre-qualified so I could be in a great position to put in an offer on my dream home. All of this paid off and he got me the house I wanted for $10k under asking price which is nearly unheard of in this market. If you are looking for your new home in the Dallas area, I would highly recommend John Mays!!

    I loved working with Martina Rushing. Top notch amazing! She went beyond what needed to be done to make the process of selling the house as smooth as possible. The back and forth communication was outstanding. She kept us informed and constantly provided updates. We had a problem with the title company that the buyer insisted we go through. Martina was very professional and persistent with getting the matter resolved as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend a better real estate agent than her.

    Hate to give a bad review But Truly a joke. My apartment unit is run by them. Hard to get a hold of, Tiffany spears is the leasing agent. She ghosts you, no matter how much follow up you do. Is rude on the phone when you do get her to answer. If you can chose your agent DONT PICK this place. (For whoever reviews these reviews. I will happily take this down if I can get in contact with someone reliable)

    Tiffany Spears is the most unprofessional realtor I’ve ever dealt with. Very little communication, and then she just completely ghosted me when we were waiting for our rental application to be processed. Looking at the rental reviews for Mike Bowman Century 21, I think we dodged a huge bullet.

    The most ethical and professional agency I've ever encountered. We sold our home through this agency and encountered a "hiccup" with our agent, reached out to the agency management, problem immediately corrected. I am talking immediately, far beyond my expectations and I've never considered any other real estate agency since. Every personal and professional referral I make it to Century 21 Mike Bowman.

    One and done! Selling your home is not supposed to be THAT easy but with Century 21 Mike Bowman group's representative ROBERT WELCH, it absolutely was. Robert guided us through the entire process, recommending things we needed to do prior to the sale and guess what..the FIRST showing was the LAST showing! $ O L D. That's what it's all about. Give Robert a call for your real estate needs!

    I have an exceptional experience with this agency and my agent. My realtor is April Shoffit. I have had the pleasure of buying and selling with her over the years. I saw a review saying she called expressing her political reviews and I want to say that in my 20 years of knowing April she has never once expressed her political views to me even as a friend much less my realtor. Business is business and personal life is separate from that. If you are ever looking to buy or sell please call and ask for April. She will go above and beyond for her clients. She is my realtor for life.

    I reached out to Susie Haynes to schedule a tour on a property she listed. I had to call, text and emailed her multiple times to get a response. After several days she called to schedule a time for us to view the property. On the day of the viewing I called and messaged her before arriving at the property and did not get a response. When we arrived at the property she stated "I'm surprised you remembered, I was not confirming appointments today". We then overheard her conversation with another couple viewing the property and she was explaining how much the security deposit was and how they needed to drop it off at her office. We asked her if the property was already taken and she stated "they applied online, and your appointment was before theirs." Not to mention she arrived late and we walked into the home at the same time as the other couple. We took time out of our work day just to find out that the property was already taken and she had just decided not to tell us until we got to the property.. Unprofessional would an understatement when describing this realtor..

    I recently had the opportunity to work with Angela Herrera on the purchase of my home. She is spectacular!! She made every attempt to personalize my experience from beginning to end. I loved the fact that she was always readily available. I must say that I was slightly particular. With this being said, we looked at quite a few houses over a six month period. She listened and tailored my showings to meet as many of my specifications as possible. She walked me through every step of the process along with a few housekeeping items after closing. I could not have asked for a better agent. If you are looking for someone that will go above and beyond, Angela is definitely the right person for the job.

    I had the pleasure of working with Cathy and Henry Hinojoza when looking for our new home. Adding to the challenge of finding our perfect home, with our list of "must haves" was that we were relocating from Colorado. After detailing what we wanted, Cathy sent us 4 homes to see online. Literally we both stopped at the second home and knew that she had found it! Cathy and Henry did a remarkable job at clearly communicating with us daily and sharing both buyer and seller info during the process. Cathy visited the home for us and did many extra photos and videos for us until we were able to fly in from Denver to view it. She drove the neighborhood and surrounding areas and sent us additional photos to ensure there was nothing of concern. By the time we viewed it in person, we knew by just driving up that this was our home. There was literally nothing of surprise and in five minutes we were solid with this real estate. The home we chose was way out in Northwest Fort Worth so we highly appreciated all the extra attention to detail to a home that was 35 miles away from the Mike Bowman office in Grapevine. I will always refer anyone I know who has real estate needs to #teamhinojoza !! Cathy and Henry rock and we can't thank them enough for going above and beyond!!

    Worst Experience Selling a Home Ever! RUN away from Mike Bowman Century 21 and Vicki Parks. I have sold 3 homes and bought 4 and have had great experiences until we met Vicki Parks of Mike Bowman Century 21. I had no idea a realtor could be so difficult to deal with. Her reviews are rigged IMO. Vicki Parks and Mike Bowman of Century 21 meet all the criteria for "Signs you have a bad realtor": No communication – Your agent works for you. Yes, you. That means that he or she should remain in regular communication with you throughout the buying or selling process. If the agent fails to do this there could be a problem. It means that she is not actually doing any work for you, or that the work she is doing is not accomplishing anything. At the least, a lack of communication is a sign of inexperience or incompetence. Do you want to know what buyers are saying about your home after a showing? Of course the answer is yes! A good real estate agent will have a communication system in place. For example, when I am selling a clients home they will receive an email from me generally within 48 hours of the showing that will explain what the buyer liked, disliked and often times how the home is priced compared to others in the price point. This allows a seller to have a pulse of what is going on. Who wants to be left in the dark after every time a showing takes place? Vicki's Grade on Communication: F. Failure to use all resources – There are a lot of channels that a good Realtor has access to when trying to buy or sell a home. An experienced agent will take advantage of all of them to get you want you want. On the other hand, an incompetent agent will often only use one or two resources, thinking this is enough. If you are trying to sell your home and the agent only puts a sign up in the yard and into the multiple listing service, you have a problem. Lack of web presence – Vicki used her cell phone to take our initial listing photos which looked terrible. I got her VP involved to beg for Vicki to hire a professional photographer and it took 2 weeks of silence before Vicki finally agreed to do this. I have NEVER met a realtor who didn't hire a professional photographer so I didn't even think to ask this question! I then asked her to created a Video Tour with audio and she became offended and resistant. She later told me she had no idea how to create a Video Tour with Audio! She is an out dated old realtor who is behind the times and did not display modern day marketing skills. Offers little advice – People who are good at their jobs are not afraid to offer sound advice and observations to those in need of help. Why else would you work so hard to become skilled at something if not to use those abilities? If your agent is not offering you advice and guidance in the transaction, then something is not right. Either she is too inexperienced to know what is going on or the agent is not particularly helpful by nature (<VICKI to a T). Regardless, you need someone who is helpful and can exercise leadership in this process. Vicki lacks leadership and marketing skills to get your home sold. I begged her to tell me what to do to help my house sell and I was met with weeks of silence. Is defensive or easily offended - A good realtor wants to make you happy and is happy to keep an open line of communication with their client and will seek to please their client. A good realtor will be proactive in their marketing of your home and will welcome any suggestions to better market your home. If a realtor is not living up to your expectations and you request additional services and the realtor becomes defensive and offended and you find yourself in a situation where your relationship has become strained, there is a serious problem. Lack of integrity – If you started asking questions and the agent appeared uncomfortable or nervous, be immediately suspicious. I should have paid attention to Vicki's story about how she poorly treated a homeless veteran in downtown Fort Worth who was buying one of her listings. Heartlessness is a Red Flag

    Martina Bergmann Rushing was fantastic to work with! We have worked with her twice. Once for a Rental and then for our home purchase. She went above and beyond for us even when were still in Colorado in the beginning. She was very knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. She is a top realtor I will recommend to anyone .     Everyone has a realtor to recommend to you. "Wife's cousin's friend from west Texas who is AWESOME..." I've found that it is difficult to trust these recommendations because they are Solely based on relationship, not actual quality of work. I worked with Sheila Shupp after interviewing her. She was wonderful in the interview and STELLAR at her job. Through the process she became a good friend, but it was her excellent work that helped me sort through the confusing home buying process & find the perfect home for me and my needs. Sheila was an excellent partner, confidant, and guide through my homebuying process. She comes highly recommended from me for her excellent work. I highly recommend that you consider interviewing her to be your realtor.

    We were directed to an agent here by the developer. He was rude, unprofessional and unresponsive to any inquiry by my wife, only responding to me. Our ad was wrong for opening weekend but he spent nearly an hour explaining why it wasn't his fault. We requested to have no further dealings or contact with him but he insisted on being in the phone call when we closed. I'm still getting junk mail from him despite asking for it to stop. Avoid Steve Kahn like the plague.
