Haven't received any statements or communication saying we had a bill due last month, luckily called them to make a payment on time over the phone and was charged a $7 "convenience" fee. To avoid the convenience fee again this month went to branch where they DON"T take debit cards and they don't mail statements! Ridiculous.. In addition, they never even wanted to look at my account to see what's up. They suggested that I could pull money out of their ATM, yet another fee or get back in my car and drive to my bank, pull the cash out and come back. They had about 10 computers, none of which would allow you to enter your id and pay online. Guess they never heard of good customer service, death by fee's. Would not recommend this institution, if you have a new loan, run away.

Some of the best experiences I've had have been in LGE branches. This location is right next to my work and the employees here are always welcoming and helpful.

I’ve been banking with LGE for a little more than a year and today I received exceptional service with Courtney. While I’m not thrilled with the idea of depositing my own money or checks, his outstanding attention to detail and each customer that walked in impressed me. I appreciate the opportunity to bank with my local credit union and I’m a proud member.

I just got a car loan through LGE at a dealership. I would never recommend going with them even though they have the lowest rates unless you already have an LGE account. LGECCU only allows payments for free via ACH, online transfer from an LGE account, or mailing in your check every month. ACH isn't bad but you have to fax or physically bring in the authorization form in addition to having cancel the ACH when your loan is up (yes, they'll just keep the money coming rather than canceling your recurring payment automatically like any sane company in the 21st century). Opening an account sounds like the best move but you have about 5 or 6 criteria you have to meet each month to make the account itself free. Mailing a bill is laughable. You can pay via phone or an online transfer from another institution for $12. Go ahead and save yourself the headache. Pay the extra .2% in interest to go with someone else so you can setup an ACH online, do one time or extra payments simply without having to jump through nonsensical hoops.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST UNWELCOMING BANK I HAVE EVER WALKED IN. THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE HELP I GOT ONE TIME. WHEN I NEED A PAY OFF LETTER. EVERY TIME I WALKED IN THIS BRANCH, EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS BUSY, THERE IS NEVER A GREETING. AFTER FINISHING WITH CUSTOMERS NO ONE ASK IF YOU NEED ANY HELP. LGE ON HWY 92 IS MUCH BETTER. EVERYONE AT THIS BRANCH NEED BE TRAINED AT THE HWY92 LOCATION TO LEARN REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLOSING MY ACCOUNT TOMORROW. TO REFINANCE (CAR LOAN) WITH IS A NIGHTMARE.

Anytime I go in they are friendly and offer to help. One of the better branches.
