I sold my property in Hawaii and had to be out of the house by January 31st. My real estate agent gave me Paul Howard's number after I expressed interest in a cottage I had fallen in love with. I contacted Paul at 1:30 pm. He said we needed to get preapproved for a loan before a contract could be presented to the seller. He took information necessary as I wandered around a store searching for clothes more appropriate to Georgia's climate and before the close of business, I was approved and had a house under contract. I was told by everyone I had talked with prior, that a VA loan was out of the question in this seller slanted atmosphere. Paul just took that as a gauntlet being thrown down! He responded, "You let me take care of theat." I flew back to Hawaii to finish my business there and from 4,412 miles away, Paul Howard and his Super Team performed miracles unseen or heard of in the Real Estate world. Mine was a credit profile cluttered with many hurdles, from liens to name change complications. With all Government and Private enterprises virtually working and shutting down, they let nothing stall forward progress. Three-way phone calls, operating my computer remotely, whatever it took to check the boxes. I told Paul early on that my main disability from injuries received in combat was my tendency to get overwhelmed. A few times in this nerve-racking process, he sensed I was nearing the trouble point. He would take time out of his busy day, just to call and reassure me. I arrived back in Georgia on the 28th of January, and we were ready to close on the 31st. Unfortunately the seller had not completed all the discrepancies found in the inspection report. They requested we push back the closing date be one week. I am absolutely certain none of this would have been possible if Paul Howard and his team had not been the one I was lucky enough to have been steered to. If you want a stress-free professional home loan, you could not improve of Paul Howard's devotion to customer and perseverance! Thank you so much Paul!

As a Realtor in an ever-changing housing market, it is so important to have the best people in your corner. I have been working with Lou Sarris with Northpoint/Fairway mortgage for a few years now. I can honestly say he is by far the best mortgage lender out there, hands down. He has been instrumental in saving two transactions that could have potentially gone terribly wrong. He successfully helped one of my clients, who unfortunately, had a lender that stopped all communication a week before closing without providing the closing documentation to the attorneys. I called Lou, on a Sunday afternoon, with a 911 situation. He started from scratch and secured a new loan for my clients. We were at the closing table within one week. That in my estimation was a miracle! Recently a similar situation presented itself, by no fault of my clients, we had to navigate title issues from the seller side which drug on far too long. In turn this created issues for my clients loan. Most lenders would have moved on, however, Lou stuck with the process and helped my home buyers. Not only working tirelessly day and night to ensure that the loan remained in place he also secured their interest of 3.99% rate for almost 4 months!! Eric was immensely helpful. I am a first time homebuyer and I was completely lost at every aspect of buying a home. Thankfully I was recommended to Eric and he helped me at every step.
