I just bought a new Lexus at Lexus of Lakeway today. Adam Fuller was the salesperson, and the experience was so positive that I wanted to share it with others. As soon as I was greeted by Adam after entering the massive showroom, I felt right at home. If you want an excellent car buying experience, you need to work with Hailey at Lexus of Lakeway! Until now, buying cars has been on the bottom of my list of things I like to do. There was no run around, let me go talk to manager, etc etc. From the first call with Hailey, she was professional, knowledgable and friendly. She went above and beyond in communicating with us and answering car questions. Working with finance was even a great experience. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!! Although my time with Lexus of Lakeway was brief (bought a BEAUTIFUL ES 350 F-Sport with Melanie and Tina - five months later I was t-boned and it was totaled and yes, I'm still sobbing) it was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was super accommodating, professional and genuine throughout the entire buying process and Melanie and Carl (in service) continued the highest caliber experience one could hope for. To the depths of the core of my soul, I wish my new/ replacement car was at Lexus of Austin with this wonderful team so we could continue to do business. With the car market the way it is right now, unfortunately, that's not the case this time... although with my vehicular history, it might not be long until I'm back (this is a quasi-joke - it'd be amazing to not be in another accident ever again!) That said, I will vehemently refer any and all friends/ family/ coworkers etc - anybody in the vehicle market, really - to Melanie and team at Lexus of Lakeway. Thank you guys. You're amazing.

We were very informed by Adam Fuller of the finer points of the RX models. We had very good experience with a previous RX 350 and looked forward to having a a 2022 model. Adam advised us of available RX models and when they would be available and we decided on a August delivery. Then a preordered model became immediately available and Adam called us and it had some additional packages that we desired. We then worked with Tina McClain in finance who was very professional. Before we drove the RX off the lot Adam reviewed all the systems of the vehicle.

Update June 23 - Carfax again stated that since the service wasn't reported at the time it was done by LL they can't show the service as being done there. They can only list the services done for the 30K service and list them as being done by "Service Facility." So ultimately 4 stars. Update - the general manager of Lexus Lakeway and the service manager both emailed me back the next morning regarding the omission and the service manager left me a voicemail. This is the kind of customer service that Lexus is known for. Will update to 5 stars once the service shows up on the CarFax. ----------------------------- I took my car in for a 30K service on July 29th, 2021. Lexus of Lakeway never reported the service to CarFax. When I called the service dept didn't even bother to talk to me directly and just had the receptionist tell me to call CarFax myself. When I emailed the invoice of the service to CarFax they added the 30K service items but listed it as "Service Facility" instead of listing LL's name. When I asked them to change it to show LL, CarFax said that since the dealer itself didn't report the servicing at all they couldn't list the dealer's name. During my two year search for the exact Lexus I wanted I looked at least 150-200 CarFaxes in TX and nationwide and I don't remember seeing any services listed on any of the cars for Lexus of Lakeway or Lexus of Austin (both owned by Penske Group). But I did see all the services from North Park Lexus in San Antonio and all of the Lexus dealers in Dallas (Park Place Lexus Plano and Grapevine, Sewell Lexus of Dallas and Ft. Worth) and Houston (Westside Lexus, Northside Lexus, both Sterling McCall Lexus dealers). This is such a little thing that shouldn't even be an issue. Not up to the standards set by other Lexus dealers. Unfortunately I will be forced to take my Lexus to an independent shop for servicing until this issue is dealt with.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Lexus of Lakeway with Hailey Reeves. This was the second Lexus I have purchased this year and looking back I wish I had purchased the first from Lexus of Lakeway as well (I bought the first at a dealer closer to home). They started on a good note by making it very easy and stress-free to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. I told Hailey I knew what I was looking for and she allowed me to check the vehicle out at my own pace rather than pressuring me or trying to sell the vehicle to me (though she did educate me on several things I was unaware of!). I drove to Houston to look at two other nearly identical vehicles. I emailed Hailey and asked what price they could do with all fees involved. She emailed me an invoice with a great price with no additional hidden fees and I drove straight back to Austin and bought the vehicle that day. Hailey knew the vehicle was for my wife and had the vehicle pulled into the showroom and had a bow placed on top of it (even though it was just a 5 year old used car) much to the delight of my wife. Our car had a significant amount of miles on it, but Lexus of Lakeway even took care of a slight vibration under braking about a month after we bought it at no charge (even though we didn't purchase a warranty and the vehicle's original one had expired). We have place roughly 25,000 miles (including some rigorous offroading trips) in the time since and the car has been fantastic needing nothing but oil changes. I hope to purchase my next car from Lexus of Lakeway and Hailey if possible!

Very nice! I bought my car at Lexus of Austin and have had a great experience. I have had it serviced twice at the Austin location. However I live in Dripping Springs so I wanted to go to this in as it is closer. You can’t go wrong with either location. Great guest lounge and great service! We experienced exceptional customer service from Lexus Product Specialist, Brianna Y. during the purchase of an RX 350 at Lexus of Lakeway. Brianna assisted us with test driving an array of vehicles. We chose to wait a few weeks before making a selection. During the interim, Brianna maintained contact with us. The Lexus of Lakeway General Manager, Ryann D. also checked in with us. Late one evening, we contacted Brianna via email to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Brianna responded to our email that evening and scheduled an appointment the next day as we requested. That morning, we finalized our first purchase from Lexus of Lakeway. The management team offered us a reasonable trade-in value for an older non-Lexus vehicle. We also wish to extend accolades to Lexus of Lakeway Financial Services Consultant, Tina M. I went in to see a vehicle and the sales guy was nice but no negotiation whatsoever. Not a big deal I understand so I left. The car was at the dealership for 75 days so not sure if it went to auction. Anyways, I looked online and noticed the price went down on the car. So I called and spoke to Chris in finance and asked if he could look into it and call me back but never did and he did verify my info. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now of course the vehicle isn't available anymore but was at that time. A courtesy call could have been nice.

First rate mechanic work, great facilities, easy and efficient car loaner process, great support staff - all the things you value as a Lexus owner. He's the glue that keeps everything moving along. I used to write customer evaluation cards for Alan during the early years, but I ran out of superlatives to write. My son and I drove 3 hours to Lexus of Lakeway to find him the certified pre-owened Lexus we were after. I always try to work with reputable OEM dealers buy new nothing about Lexus of Lakeway. There are good, bad and exceptional OEM dealers. Lakeway is exceptional in my opinion. We worked with Adam Fuller their who was very personable, respectful, honest and easy to work with. This would be my son’s first car purchase having just graduated from college and landing his first job. Adam provided the perfect example of how the car buying experience can and should be. Finance manager Tina McClain was also a joy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you have to drive 3 hours to get there.

I took my car in for its 20000 mile check at about 23000 miles. Everything was completed on my car quickly and efficiently. I was greeted warmly and the staff did everything possible to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything was taken care of on the car. My drove very nicely on the way home. I had a question and an employee, Kristi, came out to the car to show me. I enjoyed my mocha from the coffee bar immensely. It was a treat. Thank you to everyone at Lexus of Lakeway.

We just moved to the area and my car was at the 20k recommended service. Since I've only had the car a few months I wanted the dealer to check it out. They are very professional and friendly. The brake rotors had grooves in them (my husband thought it might need new brakes and told the service consultant to really check them out). So, they could have told us we needed new rotors and we wouldn't have been surprised, but they didn't. We were told a rock of something must have done the grooves, but that they are fine and didn't need replacing. The upstairs lounge is nice, open and relaxing--great coffee/snacks too. We waited for the car about 1.5 hours, but we were told it would take that long. My car was run through the car wash before we picked it up. We had such a great experience that we scheduled my husbands Toyota truck to come in for his 60k mile service.

The staff at Lexus of Lakeway are great! Even though my car is 12 years old, they always treat me as if I own an LC 500! From oil changes to mechanical repairs, I drive an hour to Lexus of Lakeway because their work is excellent and their customer service is even better!

Lexus of Lakeway, and especially my service advisor Chase Williams, always do a great job. The one complaint I have is that they have instituted a 50 mile a day limit on the loaner car. It is 36 miles round-trip from my house to Lexus. That only leaves me 14 miles to use if I have the car for one day. That’s not enough. I would appreciate a larger limit, like maybe 100 miles a day.

Lexus of Lakeway made buying a car extremely stress free. The perks of driving to Lakeway instead of Austin: No haggling and they value your time!! As a women, sometimes buying a car can be daunting since we have a feeling that car salesmen want to make the most money off you and convince you need things that you don't want. Our car salesman, Adam, made the experience great! At no time did he pressure me (or my husband) into making a bigger purchase or adding items we did not want. He actually did the opposite and told us to go home with all the details and reach out to him if we had any further questions. From the moment we walked in until we drove off with my brand new Lexus they treated us with respect and valued our time. I highly recommend going to Lakeway. The atmosphere and the way the employees treat customers is night and day from the Austin location.

I had the best car buying experience of my life!! I went to look at a used (not a Lexus) car that I found on the website. My salesman, Adam Fuller was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Buying a car can be a little scary and with Adam that was not the case. He let me ask a million questions, let me drive whatever I wanted, and never tried to lead me in one direction or the other. Overall pretty letdown. The staff was accommodating of our COVID concerns and made most of the process low contact - thank you for that! There were a few small quirks with the vehicle that should have been caught during reconditioning but this is not the reason for two stars. What dealer has no return policy in 2022? Sure, I am able to come back Monday but that requires driving 45 minutes one way four times just to look over a vehicle. I elected to crawl underneath the vehicle and found multiple control arm bushings well passed the usual early signs of wear. Their answer? "Falls within our guidelines." Your guidelines allow failed control arm bushings on a vehicle that needs an alignment already and has a hanging sunshade. This is now my second poor experience with a Penske dealership. Thank you for being COVID minded but this dealership needs to revisit their used car policies and procedures.

The best car buying experience that I’ve ever had - and I have had MANY! Adam Fuller was kind, patient and honest with me (and the 2 - 11yr olds I had with me on one visit). He never talked down to me for a second, and I’m a woman of a “certain age”. He walked me through the process before, during and after the sale. There was no B.S. at any point. I will never buy another car anywhere else - - or until Adam moves to another dealership!

We had gone into Lexus of Lakeway and were amazed by the fact that “no” one approached us and allowed us to look at the new cars(we were not interested) and they had a “canteen” bar with coffee, drinks and food items to take without cost. Only after question marks on our face did Adam Fuller approach us. We asked about used cars and he directed us to where they were and said if any were of interest he would be glad to let us see the particular car or cars. We asked about one but seeing how values were being sustained, we looked at the new cars again. Adam was helpful and informative. We selected a New Lexus RX 350 and thus became our new car. My recent experience at Lexus of Lakeway for a routine maintenance and an added detail occurred with an incident that could have been incredibly stressful and difficult to deal with. If there is ever a rocky moment, one can see/feel the difference next time one visits the site. This Lexus dealership always has an answer to your question with courtesy; thus, inspiring trust. Worst lexus service Ive ever had. Charged me $350 because I returned the loaner with a little dirt in the back seat. After having kept my car for an extra week due to their recall. Didn’t warn or tell me to detail it as I could’ve cleaned it for 30 dollars. Left the manager a message with no return call. Steve the service manager is a child.

I bought a used certified car from Lexus of Lakeway. There was zero pressure from sales. There was zero pressure from financing for additional wheel protection or other expensive addons. I was allowed to test drive the car on my own. I was able to sit and think about it for an hour before making a decision with no one approaching me or pressuring me. The pricing was some of the best in the whole country, and having the CPO and extra warranty coverage is a stress reliever when my only other car was a 17 year old sports car that I feel like could explode at any second. Very happy with my experience here. After dealing with really nasty dealerships, especially on my last lease from VW that got snippy with me when I passed on $3000 a year warranty coverage, these guys are angels. The free coffee bar was cool, too.

***Recently revised this from 4 star to 3 star since as a result of my review below, the dealer’s management posted that they’d like me to personally reach out to him. I emailed at the address in his post and received no response.*** Pre-owned purchase experience: I found this dealer online, they had a Mercedes I decided to purchase. Great communication throughout the sale and a fair price. However after I took delivery of the vehicle in California, I noticed the center console was broken and my local Mercedes dealer will charge approx. $1k to fix it. This dealer said they sold the car to me as-is and refused to come up with a workable way to remedy the fix (eg contributing a portion of the repaid, etc.). While this dealer isn't obligated to fix it since they sold the car to me as-is, I am disappointed that this annoying broken piece of the interior will set me back $1k.

Last week my wife and I purchased our second Lexus and our first from Lexus of Lakeway. We worked with Ashley Martell in sales and she was a delight from the start. I had a minimal amount to time to car shop and I had probably looked at every used GX 460 in North Austin. Lakeway had the best price on the cleanest one I had found out of probably 20 cars. Their customer service was great and their car was priced competitively. We look forward to driving from Georgetown to Lakeway to have our service work done as this is the nicest car dealership I've ever been in.

Excellent from beginning to end. Go to for my RX. Carl was service advisor and loaner car was sanitized, clean, and ready for me the instant I arrived. Very clear with what service they were performing and well Organized. Sweet girl at cashier counter even gave me Lexus key ring and was genuinely happy and beyond courteous.
