This was my third transaction with Lendplicity (two refi's and now a purchase) and I can't imagine using another lender. They took their time collecting my information, got me fully pre-approved, and even shot me straight when the builder's lender offered (what I thought was) a more competitive set of terms and encouraged me to take the terms they were offering. When it later turned out that their terms weren't as advertised (as they often aren't), Justin and Kayley jumped in immediately and took back over, not missing a beat. Loved working with the Lendplicity team. I was closing a house I bought through Doorvest and was using a lender Doorvest recommended called Beeline. Beeline did not provide the transparent and proper lending services I was looking for but luckily I had been talking to Lendplicity and they were able to come in and help me close on time and without any surprises or issues. Lendplicity also didn't do a hard sell with me, they let me take my time and let me vet other lenders. They have been one of the best lenders I have worked with on a home mortgage. I recently used Lendplicity for a VA Refi and had a pleasant experience with them. My initial broker left the company, but Paige picked up the ball and carried me the rest of way with no fumbles!
