My wife and I sold and bought a house with Dawn and Zac and we had great experience! They were very responsive and made things very easy.

Dawn and Zac truly made our dreams come true!!! We were starting to grow out of our former home but due to the mortgage we had and the size and age of the home, we didn't think it would be an easy sell. Dawn and Zac navigated us through the process, were friendly and clear in their communications, and incredibly helpful with all of the questions we had. We ended up with over 50 showings and a buyer after two days on the market! Dawn and Zac also helped us find and quickly negotiate the purchase of our dream home. Both processes happened in tandem, and the timing couldn't have worked out better. They even helped us secure boxes for our move! Dawn is one of the most amazing humans I know. She went above and beyond to help me with the home buying process. She answered questions before I even knew to ask them. As a first time home buyer, I often had NO CLUE what to do or expect. Dawn always pointed me in the right direction, and she was able to always recommend people and services that are fair and reasonable. Dawn and Zac are excellent realtors. Their advice through the buying prices has been invaluable. While we haven't closed on a house just yet we feel like they've been able to help us avoid a lot of potentially bad choices. They've also recommended a lot of really good ones. Dawn and Zac did a great job helping us find our new home and sell our previous home. We worked primarily with Dawn, though Zac also helped with our search. They were great to work with. We looked for the perfect house for two years. They never made us feel like it was an imposition and we never felt rushed. In the end, we found the most perfect "forever" home and our old house sold through their personal network of connections. We were referred tp Dawn & Zac by a friend of ours and are extremely glad we were. While we weren't in a rush to buy a new house and were therefore being a bit picky about our new house, Dawn & Zac were still very committed to helping us. After nearly a year of searching, including sporadic viewings and several meetings at their offices, we managed to find our new house. Their referral a mortgage broker (and even an electrician after we moved) was also great. Since we bought our new house, we've referred several friends to them as well, and will continue to refer friends & family to them. Should we ever need to purchase/sell another house, we will call them in a heartbeat.

This team went above and beyond! They were quick to respond to any question we had. If they didn't know the answer, they would assure we had the answer by the end of the day. They recommended wonderful people to help us through this process such as the mortgage lender, photographer, home inspector and painter as well. They are very knowledgeable, and have made many contacts that are helpful to home sellers and buyers! We were sent many MLS numbers a day to look through, and were often able to look at the houses the same day when they were told we were interested. We sold our house before they could even get the sign in the ground! They do a wonderful job of showing the best in each home they sell! Without out a doubt, excellent realtors!
