Landmark Credit Union S Moorland Rd, New Berlin

Wow what a terrible experience. Tried getting a mortgage here. Already had a car loan with them so figured should be easy let's do this. Went through the online seminar they offered all seemed well. Then I met Coral Lane.... My loan officer. Do you enjoy being talked to like your bothering someone? Do you enjoy getting no replies to any emails you send? How bout not getting call backs after leaving multiple messages? When I did eventually get her on the phone you could tell she had no interest in helping me and probably had not even bothered looking at my application. In fact she sounded very annoyed. This is after 2 weeks! 2 weeks wasted. Why not just tell me you didn't want my business? My realtor was shocked and recommended someone else who had my loan figured out in 3 Days! If buying a house in this market wasn't hard enough as is. Just try using Coral Lane.

Literally the worst possible place to bank. We have had countless issues, transactions are never done correctly, and their tellers at this location aren't always friendly. Muskego is a little better for customer service but the credit union itself has gone so downhill!

I would give them no stars I am one of the first people to get a account way back in the 80's The customer service is horrible!! They are now like Bank of America/ Wells Fargo!! There was only one branch when i got my account now I had great freinds that used to work there... it's a mess go to another Credit Union.

I called customer service for Landmark Credit. I had a dispute about a service I received at a hair salon. I sent evidence over to the dispute team. Pics, text message and screen shots. They refunded my deposit and 1 month later they refunded back to the merchant. I can’t understand why they always believe the merchant.

I applied for my first mortgage here because of my past great experiences with them, but being turned down wasn't the problem, it is that every mortgage officer was rude, disparaging, and difficult to work with. Seems that not only do you need a great credit score and report to get approved, but also for them to be upbeat, kind and respectful. A score that is only 9 points below where it needs to be, and items on my report because of the pandemic is no way to treat someone when I wasn't that way to any of the staff first. Just like all businesses now, I wouldn't be surprised nothing is done to make it right. I would give minus 5 stars if possible.

Terrible customer service. Called 3 times on 3 different days. Sat on hold for over an hour each time and eventually hung up don't have that much time inmmy day to wait on hold. Bank needs to figure it out, should be a customer service based industry.

This is a very unprofessional branch, my wife recently closed her account and on her way leaving she heard the female branch manager saying out loud something very unprofessional. I do not recommend Landmark and my wife is much happier at her new bank.

I can’t stress enough just how horrible landmark credit union is. I am having to jump through hoops just to get a copy of my title so I can register my car in another state. I’ve been on hold numerous times because it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone. I’ve currently been on hold over two hours. So pathetic I can’t wait to pay this loan off. If you’re thinking about using them for anything - think again.

Been trying for two weeks to get car loan payoff. Always 20 to 30 customers ahead of me on the phone. Will NEVER use LCU again! Will tell everyone to beware of them. AWFUL customer service!

Have used Landmark Credit Union for roughly 20 years now, and have never had any issues. Very friendly staff, always a way to get things done. No complaints here. Thanks!!
