This is my 3rd time working with Kathy Phan on mortgages. She is truly amazing and knows what she is doing, responsive, attentive to details and always keeps me posted as to the loan progress. One thing that keeps me working with her is that she always offers a better rate compared to other lenders. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has financing needs and you will definitely enjoy working with her!

Had a great experience with lending through Lennar Mortgage. The process was entirely digital, it really helps the process if you are proactive in your document organization and submitting things as soon as they are requested. Jason Brodowski was very communicative and kept us updated throughout the process.

Purchased a new home with Lennar late 2020. Our loan officer Jason Brodowski was very informative this was our first house and worked diligently to get us the best rate possible he also shopped around per our request on PMI. He communicated effectively and answered phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Whenever I encountered issues with the underwritter, he went above and beyond to get them up to date. The process was all digital you uploaded documents through the portal. If you stay proactive and submit the proper paperwork in a timely manner the process is completely easy. The underwriter on the other hand was a different story. Not very organized. Plus you can't beat the incentives given by the lender almost $12k in incentives.

Horrible experience!!! 37 days from closing, Leslie Ramirez calls to inform me that I have to pay off $8800 student loan for approval. I had put down the Ernest money early June and Eagle Home Mortgage literally waited until September 25th to send the student loan verification form. I had tried calling and emailing many times and no response. Then the day she calls to drop the bomb of $8800 to be paid off, she demands that I give her an answer by 6pm same THE same day!!! The utmost unprofessionalism I have ever seen!!!

Lennar's own lending company Eagle Home Mortgage are extremely bad at customer service. I sent my client to get qualified for a Lennar home. Originally the first call they are very professional and sounded like they are willing to help you the best they can. However that's only the first call, any subsequent calls and voicemails will go unanswered. Even their VP Dana will ignore your call. This isn't the best way to do business and supposedly Lennar is a public traded company. I wish their CEO knows what these people are doing.

Julia Nguyen was our loan officer for the entire process. Process was fairly simple and I’m happy with the experience we had. Customer service was great, and I would utilize this lender again.
