Today has been a day the only place that I will ever go to period ever. Is lend Nation on Washington boulevard. The only people I ever want to deal with and ever want to see are the people that have worked with me and helped me not only receive the greatest thing and cash the greatest check this world will ever see for me, but at 11:52 a.m. I have been treated with such hospitality and generosity that no one else should go anywhere else but lend Nation thank God for these people and this place.

The girls at this location are phenomenal, very professional and always putting there customers first. I whole definitely recommend coming here over all the northern Utah locations!!

A year ago, i got a $500 loan that i was able to pay back within 4-5 days. It was a great solution while waiting for my finances to be deposited. Today, i asked for the same loan, same amount, and same payback time frame, and was denied, and told rhat they shouldnt have made the first loan to me. I think tgr underlying issue here is that the store made about $16 in interest on the first loan and that was all they would be making again on this loan, so the manager didnt want to do it. They were so accomodating one year ago, to be so unprofessional this time., just because they couldnt make more interest on a short term loan. Very dissapointed that they wouldnt provide me with the same service they provided before.

My husband has done business here in the past. Account was paid and closed over a year ago. They have “charged the wrong account” multiple times resulting in us being charged multiple times fraudulently for over $700. Currently our Christmas money is gone. Drained our account. It’s a hassle to get our money back. We have had to change card and account numbers which is a huge hassle and will take hours of unnecessary work to get new information to all of our billing accounts. There is one girl who tries to be helpful, but her requests are not followed through with by whoever is supposed to do it. *I am adding an edit and adjusting my rating to 3 stars because Mary went above and beyond to correct the mistakes that were made. We appreciated everything she did.

Rudest employees I've ever had to try and speak too. You guys are gonna lose alot of customers over 2 employees who obviously dont like there job. Hopefully someone sees this and speaks to them about there attitude cause I will never go back to this store and I'll make sure to let everyone I know also to stay away from this store.

Brittany was incredibly rude! She had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed to help me like I was a inconvenience. If I could give zero stars I would I will be telling people close to me about the horrible service. They need to get rid of her or just shut the place down
