Don't use landmark, it's a garbage comaony and won't work with you on defferal. Told me I can't make a large payment and then not make a payment for a long time even though the system says otherwise.

Terrible app, never works and is impossible to manage your account using the app. Always using the same excuses that is just not functioning right.

I could type out my whole story, but I'm not. Just going to say their customer service is poor and who ever they have running the front desk, that lady should be fired with how she treats customers.

They helped me get my very first loan without any issues..

Customer service is great. Nice people, asked if I'm doing good. Beverages, smiles and very polite.

The bank is refusing to provide me with or assist me at all in obtaining a Lein Release letter for a paid off loan from their bank for a vehicle that I am the legal owner of and have proof of ownership of. I also have proof that the lein was previously paid off in the form of a copy of the letter in question. The woman who answered the phone at the Glen Burnie branch has been rude and unhelpful to me on two recent occasions. Furthermore the complaint/request for further assitance that I filed on the corporate website has gone unanswered.

Poor customer service, Manager Yelled at me and hung up on Me when I asked specifics about account. My mother who doesn’t speak English needed help and she yelled at me saying you should have not been late on your payment good bye!

Im sorry, these people are idiots. Im a co signer (yeah yeah dont give me the horror stories) of a friend's loan. We filed the proper paperwork and necessary information. Apparently, these people can't record or write down information correctly. I was the primary contact according to them, when the specific instructions were to have my friend, who needed the loan, the primary contact. They jotted down, not only his phone number wrong, but his bank account wrong, causing a payment to be nearly a month late. Luckily there was no penalty this time, but these goofs of employees needs to take better care and pay more attention to their paperwork. It sucks needing a loan or co signing as it is, and we dont need their incompetence further complicating the matter

This company is truly the worse of the worse using them has been the worse mistake I have ever made I am currently trying to find my exit their fees are outrageous and they don’t follow their written guidelines I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy if you looking for a car loan keep looking they are not the place to be at all
