You better get rid of the manager because he’s not really knowledgeable. He told me that my paid off co-signed car loan will be off my credit report after 90 days. I just received messages from credit karma that the account is closed after only a month. Equifax and credit sesame are showing the same info. What a waste. And I got my second income. But I’ll never go back there for their business. Liars.

Avoid this company. They do not offer loans even to existing, in good standing established customers, for verification reasons beyond the customers so trip. Proof of income for some professions can be established in other ways besides a paystub.

Bob and the team are professional, timely and courteous. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a loan!

BEWARE! High interest rates and fees that aren't worth the loss of money and time dealing with it in the end. READ ALL the fine print and don't believe what they try to tell you. Much better companies available out there to actually help in a pinch, not try to pull one over on you and make things worse. By far, the worst customer service received from any loan company I've ever worked with. Manager (man) there is actually very nice, but only got to deal with him once or twice. The Lady, Yessica, is VERY unprofessional, rude and dishonest. She tried to set me up with deferment and refinance without me requesting it, Extremely harassing and tries to act helpful and says she'll do things on phone, only to not do them or do the exact opposite to cover herself, make extra money off the customers with no regard for them what so ever. Its feels almost like she is so unhappy and doesn't want to be there that she wants others to feel that way too, which conveys over in her conversation tone.

Awesome group of people. Everyone is extremely helpful.

Bob is a great guy, would go out of his was to help you as much as he could, don't see that anymore.
