Lendmark Financial Services LLC Baytree Rd, Valdosta

Been a customer of theirs for 3 years. At pay off they wanted to sign me up for a new loan. Everyone is so polite and helpful and eager to help in anyway possible. They keep your payment manageable and easy to handle.

They have sent me two separate reserved loan notices ( one middle of the year the other about 2-3 weeks ago). The first one I called after about a week and was told "we check applications in order as they come in we will call you, never got a phone call instead received a denial letter. The second notice I received I am still waiting on a response.. If this company is as they claim to be why don't they respond back?? If you deny someone why keep sending the reserved notices?

The method they use is deceit. They use temp service employees thats not properly trained and give false info. Also the manager is aware of the deceit so don't expect for her to fix it.

Applied to have my loan refinanced through the office here in Valdosta as I'm no longer in Atlanta.....I did that early June, it's the FIRST WEEK OF JULY and I STILL don't have a response or ANY kind of communication with them. I'm constantly calling and being told my app is with a different person each and every time. Lol, Smh. I think it's just this particular office because the one in Kennesaw is fast and efficient. I haven't a clue as to what this Valdosta office is doing. Who holds onto an app for WEEKS and not one phone Call? This office sucks.

Called to get information on making payments. Customer service is awful. The rep who answered the phone in the Valdosta office sounds like he hates his job. Not a good first impression at all!

This place is the definition of SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they say when you call is we’re still processing it we’ll give you a call but no call you have to keep calling and nagging them.
