I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS ESTABLISHMNET. They KNOW you don't have the money for whatever they finance, and they charge an arm and a leg in finance charges. I have a credit score in the high 700s, and they STILL CHARGE ME A SKY HIGH APR!!!!! I selected one star. If I could select less, I absolutely would.

Experience overall was great. Easy and I appreciated I could get things done right online. I used another lender twice and never was late on payments for 3 years..and paid them off and they would not give me another loan because of a collection through credit card I'm paying on from someone else. Times of covid..helping family members. I wanted to consolidate debt to make it easier. Now I will only go through LendingUSA. Loyalty means a lot to me. I appreciate LendingUSA and the interest is cheaper than the other lender I previously had. Sometimes things happen in life but LENDINGUSA still gets it and that you are credit worthy even if you had a few bumps previously. I also like that they have pre-approval steps so you know what direction you are headed before an actual inquiry on your credit!

Received numerous requests for the same information from numerous staff. Could not get the links they sent to work. They blamed it on my financial institution and someone else requested bank documents simultaneously. Never could get one person to handle my case. I went with a friendly, professional institut6i syead. Don't trust LENDINGUSA! EVER!!

The loan process was pretty easy, but whenever I tried to call or email the loan representative I was never able to get in touch with her. She never returned my calls or answered my email. After my loan funded I tried to contact the loan representative to inquire about creating my account, and I also had a few questions. Once again, she never returned my call or answered my email. So I contacted the place who funded the loan and within two days I was sent a link from LendingUSA to create my customer account. I think maybe if the loan representatives are a little more transparent about how the process works it would be very helpful to the consumer. Flying blind in a loan process is very scary, and for a minute I thought maybe I had been scanned.

The process wasn't hard, it took a little longer than I expected, but still a very reasonable amount of time, just a few days. The processors I worked with did an excellent job. If I had one thing to suggest, it would be to have the ability to do this on a PC/Laptop instead of on a smart phone. My eyesight isn't the best, so I can't see my phone screen very well. Forcing me to use my phone meant that I had a very difficult time going through the process.

I have had the worst customer service ever worh this company. Avoid using them if at all possible. I spoke with a lady by the name of Daniela and wanted to pay my balance in full which was over 5k. She treated me very poorly and acted as if I didn't know what i was doing. You would figure when finacing big amouts you would receive good customer service. I took out a loan and paid it off fully but there remained a $0.10 balance and when I called customer service to fix it I was assured it would be adjusted in 8-10 business days, and when it was not, after numerous phone calls and "escalations" with supervisors always in meetings and managers who refused to speak to me, there is still no resolution.

It was a very easy process and took about 20 minutes. All done through my phone. Once your inquire about the loan, links are sent through text and email from an agent. That will be the person of contact if you have any questions/concerns. You have to take a selfie for identity verification matching your ID. Also, send in paystubs and/or bank statements for income verification. I got my money in 24 hours. Applied at 6:20pm on Wednesday night and funds were in my bank Thursday evening. Great thing about the loan is if you pay it off early, you won't be penalized.

I was very fortunate to work with a loan representative whom was very attentive to my personal needs in regards to communication. I was in a situation where I was not able to access a phone during most regular business hours and I was not always able to respond in a timely manner as one would expect when asking for help. I liked that they were able to do a direct link to my bank for income verification, albeit, they still do call the employer for verbal confirmation (which added a day to the overall funding process).
