Wonderful people! We are a small real estate development and investment company that hold assets in multiple states. LendingOne plays a big part in helping us grow. In our experience with loans, people make all the difference. Blake and Sanela at LendingOne certainly are very good at their work. They are responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, precise, are always a pleasure to talk to. Not only do they are super efficient with easy loans, they go above an beyond to help with unique or challenging transactions, often comes up with very good solutions that not only work but also save costs. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever facilitated, and I have done many many real estate related transactions. The experience was impeccable from working with my Loan Officer Michael, to working with the Processor Sanela and coordinating with the Closing Firm. The terms stated to me up front didn't change and I was given full disclosure. I was advised as to what docs to provide to clear stipulations and the stipulations weren't excessively stringent. The time it took to close the transaction was rapid (with 30 days) My business Associate took Over 60 days to close out his cash out refi with his Lender lots of diffcult stipulations and processing delays!!!! I am totally satisfied with my choice in choosing LendingOne as my Lender. I was solicited by no less than 10 Lenders several from CA a few from NY, Chicago & Atlanta, but talking to my Loan officer Michael he made me feel confident that LendingOne was the best choice. I will absolutely tell my Business Investor associates about your company and highly recommend LendingOne. I have many more loans to do with LendingOne (honestly) a great Lender.

Update: the VP of Sales reached out to me apologizing for the bad experience we had and helped to close our deal quickly. I am glad LendingOne cares about their clients and hoping they will improve their processes. Original review: We applied for a rental loan as their Investor Select product looked compelling - it had a comparatively low interest rate for investors with a W-2. Everything was going smoothly initially. There were some questions from the underwriter about us having enough assets but they were addressed (or so I thought) as I got the preliminary closing disclosure. Then on the day we were supposed to close I learned that we did not have have enough "liquid assets". It looked like they required 6-monts reserves for each property we owned. Hard to know for sure as the loan officer was clueless, he did not seem to understand what the underwriter was saying and was only able to convey "notes" from the underwriter. He was not able to explain what the cash or asset requirements really were. To make things worse, most of the communication with the underwriter took a day as they "were swamped". We spent a week after the closing date trying to make it work with LendingOne but it was a waist of time. No one there was interested in lending to us.

LendingOne is Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with obtaining a Mortgage. Minimal documentations, fast turn around time, competent staff! Adam Freeman was my loan officer. Adam was very experienced and very straightforward. Everything he said that was going to happens did. They never changed the terms of the loan or did anything sneaky. The appraisals came back at the correct value. Amazing! The project Coordinator Anthony Hidalgo was awesome. I had to close on a certain date that seemed extremely hard to do, but he pushed and got it done. The whole experience felt to good to be true. I will close every loan I can with LendingOne no doubt!

I recently worked with Lending One on two cash out refinance loans. I was very pleased with the process! The underwriting documents required were less than the traditional bank requirements. They also offered 30 year fixed rates for rentals, which I did not know existed. With interest rates rising, this was very pleasant surprise. I definitely recommend Lending One to other real estate investors and will continue to do business with them in the future!

I have been a real estate investor for many years and have not found a company any better than LendingOne! My portfolio has greatly increased because of their expertise! The team there, Drew Deaton, and Sanela Kanjiza who I deal with on a regular basis have proved to be two of the best in the business and I would highly recommend them to anyone doing what I do!!

If your loan officer is ALEX, ask for someone else. We got preapproved and tried to discuss the details of the loan, but he never would call us back. Several calls and emails and nothing but silence, very unprofessional and literally no service to speak of from a service oriented company. We ended up using another lender and will build a relationship with them instead.

I had very good experience working with LendingOne company when I needed loan to buy home. The loan officer that supported me during the process was Felix Quintana who responded promptly and professionally. The approval process was very smooth and any issue handled with full attention by the team. I truly highly recommend LendingOne for who is looking for finance solution from strong and efficient company.
