It's always a great atmosphere when I go into that building, and Kay & Nicole are working the counter. They are very kind and generous, and know how to treat a customer right. I will continue to do business their for a long time.

I visited this store not to long ago on a shopping trip with my mother and grandmother. We decided to stop in this pawn shop. Upon entering the store we noticed how nice and clean the store front as well as the inside when walking in. Makes you feel very confident about shopping in a clean place for me at least. While looking around a very nice young lady named Melinda Kay approached us asking if we needing any help and was very polite and professional. She was informative on items we had ?’s about and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our visit. I will definitely visit this location in the near further!!!!

We bought a PS4 console for our daughter. We were told we have 3 days to return it if something is wrong with it. It worked fine for about a week but that was long enough that we thought we couldn't return it. After speaking with a couple of associates, they were able to track down a PS4 at their Jacksonville location. They had it brought to the Starke store for us to do a swap. They were very accommodating and professional, so we were able to give our daughter the birthday present she wanted. If you have any issues, be sure to express your concerns. They are very willing to work with their customers. Thank you!

Great place to go when you’re in a bind or looking to get good used merchandise at a decent price. Kami was great and did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of! Will definitely come back and recommend!

Ive been coming in here for years and Michelle is very professional and does her job amazing her staff is very friendly. Nicole is another one that is very professional you are very lucky to have them in this store very on top of there surrounding ive referred people before if your ever in a bind they are there to help very clean esablishment also most Pawn shops you go in to has a smell not Starkes you can tell they take PRIDE it there JOB. Maybe one day these 2 girls will own there on place.

The women who work there are always really good to my wife and I. I can't say enough about them. They've always been helpful and kind. And, they have a large selection of tools and I've always been very happy with the ones I've purchased from them.

I started going to lending bear for my first loan & ms michelle worked with me & guaranteed as long as I paid my loans back they would give discounts & higher loans & as she assured me it happened & every since I have been going to lending bear for my loans . Helped me step by step and made everything seem so easy I would definitely refer and recommend anyone who is in need of a little cash and a very friendly face and all around nice women this is better than any loan shark or bank loan . I love shopping for tools etc at lending bear!! I'm very happy to have had help from Michelle I believe is her name in Starke. Very sweet and helpful and patient thank God LOL I'm a little squirley at times but she helped me through especially since I didn't bring my glasses and my hands don't work too good with neuropathy it took me a minute to get paperwork filled out and she was very helpful.

This is my second home. Friendly Staff, always greets you, efficient service. I really enjoy coming here. NO complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend LENDING BEAR. By the way every 6 months they only charge a fee of $1.00. Nice. A+!! Thank you.

The staff are all great. Very professional and friendly. As soon as we walk in the door they are very welcoming. The loan manager Michelle always has a smile waiting for us. I really just can't say enough about the awesome women at this location.

The girls at lending bear are absolutely amazing. I needed to layaway a few things and they helped me in so many ways. Not only did they layaway the things for me but they also extended the pickup date for me so that my kids will be able to get what they want for Christmas. I had Great experience at Lending Bear. The employees always greet me at the door. The prices on the tools that I purchased were a very inexpensive. The service was great. Billie helped me find what I was looking for and made me aware of the sales that y’all were having. I’m very pleased.

Billie is such a sweet heart. She spent multiple times and hrs helping me go through and pick the perfect ring. Not only do they have the best down payment plan they are absolutely willing to work to find the perfect item. All the ladies that work are just so kind and sweet and the products just make shopping here that much better. I have also bought electronics from them and all in top top shape and came with all cords and even batteries for remotes

They do their best to make sure lines are not long and when they are they make sure you know they haven’t forgotten about you. The store associates are courteous and polite every time I come in the store. The shelves are always neat and organized makes it easy to come in the store and see what you World like to buy. Tools are reasonably priced.
