The online process was fairly easy and the back and forth communication with them was really great as well. Working with LenderFi was as seamless as it gets. Having gone through the mortgage/refi process several times now, it is never fun, but LenderFi's team made the process a great experience. It is clear the team works together and communicates well. No matter what stage I was in the process, each team member had all of the proper documentation prepared, which let me advance to the next step quickly. Many competitor companies drag out the process and it takes forever, but I have to say I was truly pleased with the customer experience and how quickly my emails/phone calls were answered. I'm not sure there is a more efficient team out there.

We had a great experience with LenderFi for our home refinance. They had the best rate in the market. Our loan officer and other staff were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The entire process was convenient and hassle free. The application was online and straightforward. The title company hired by LenderFi even sent a notary public to our home after-hours to get the closing documents signed. I had trouble wiring the money to the title company with 2 days left to close. The LenderFi agent arranged for an overnight shipping label to send in a check to avoid any delays in closing. Such exceptional customer service is hard to come by in the banking industry. I would recommend them highly !!

I have to say that as a homeowner of ~35years and several property purchases and many home refinances this has by far and away been the easiest most pleasant most supportive and efficient refi experience I have ever had not to mention a great rate and low fees. There is an old business saying “we offer Price, Quality and Service....pick any two” but LenderFi is hitting all three. Ryan and the team made it very easy. We were even on vacation out of state for closing and LenderFi arranged for a local closing agent to meet up with us briefly to sign papers. Less than a half hour, accurate, no glitches. To take advantage of lower refinance mortgage rates, I started shopping around. Got rates from multiple different sources (including big international banks, local credit unions, and many online lenders). Credit report is not impacted if getting rates within 14 days of first credit check. Nobody even came close to match the rates offered by LenderFi, let alone beat them. Ryan/David were very helpful in helping me understand my options, and also advice me on what would be better for me. The team is super responsive and gave me the locked loan estimate document in 1 day. The entire process was easy, and the online uploading of documents was really helpful. Although, I had to do a bit of extra legwork than expected, but it saved my hundreds of dollars in unnecessary fees. Rebecca was able to get me my closing disclosure in a little over 3 weeks but I was not in a hurry as the rate was locked, and it was just a refinance, but if needed, LenderFi will be able to close out the loan much sooner than that. She was also very patient in helping me understand the different numbers on the document. Mortgages can get real tricky real fast. Do shop around, but I'm sure you'll end up working with LenderFi. Would highly recommend them.

I refinanced my loan twice with LenderFi and i have an excellent experience. I worked with Ryan Scholer both times and he is very knowledgeable and very professional. Ryan is the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. He gives the best rate and no hidden fee. After I had really smooth refinance process with him, I referred my cousin and my brother in law to him. They both had the same great experience. I really recommend LenderFi and if you want to have the best experience ask for Ryan.

I can’t say enough good things about LenderFi. I started to do a simple home refinance with Better and they made everything almost impossible. I pulled the plug on them and took a chance with LenderFi. I uploaded a few basic documents and they called me in a day. They then got me refinanced in a week! This was the easiest and quickest refinance I’ve ever done. I received an email with instructions on where to send my first payment to. This was a personalized email because when I responded with a question I received a quick response. This is a great company and easy to work with.

Have now refinanced twice with LenderFi and both times the experience has been excellent. Most recently Eric B was my loan officer and he was thorough, timely and personable - he caught an early mistake on my part that would have resulted in a higher rate and also took time to find ways to lower my closing costs. Cheryl B processed both my refis and is excellent at guiding through the process and offering solutions.

Shopped several different mortgage brokers for a conventional refinancing. The quote we received from Lender Fi was lowest interest rate and lowest closing costs. Loan was closed within 14 days of application. The entire process was very smooth. Good communication throughout the process. Easy to use web portal to upload all our documents. Notary came to our residence to sign all the mortgage paperwork which was very convenient. A+ in all respects. Would highly recommend.

First time home buyer. Great rates but poor communication. They sound like they are great for refinancing but when it comes to first time home buyers, I’d go with local mortgage bankers that are available 24/7 to answer your questions when it comes to crunch time.

Very highly recommended, we refinanced our mortgage and it took 12 days from initial application to closing. The closing costs and rates can’t be beat. I also really like how you can see rates/options on their site without having to put in all of your personal information. Our loan officer, Michael was always available to answer questions and responded quickly even after our application had been handed off to processing, underwriting and closing. We also worked with Cheryl, Simon and David, they were all wonderful and also responded very quickly to any question we had.

My refinance with LenderFi was a first for me to be handled completely online, so after doing research on the company, I felt comfortable to apply...and I cannot be happier with the experience and end result! Worked with LenderFi recently for my home refinance and I'm extremely happy that I chose them. When the rates were dropping I started looking for quotes and LenderFI was not in my list at all. But it turned out to be the best lender among the all that I worked with. Ryan and his team of professionals did a wonderful job in making the refinance a very smooth process.
