1000% avoid this branch. Warren is one of the bankers there who not only wasted our time severely, but also showed no remorse for doing so. Takes a lot for me to give a 1 star, but boldly looking me in the face and saying he couldn’t help me, while there is no one in the branch at all, is outright disrespectful. Chase is great. But this branch has now, multiple times, been an outrageously terrible experience.

Risalee is so helpful and friendly. I was just in there earlier this morning and she helped our client with notary services. She’s extremely professional with a wonderful sense of humor and warm demeanor. While talking with her, we realized we live near one another and she very kindly gave me several recommendations of great places to go in my area (as I am new to FL and the area). I very much appreciated the great experience we had today.

Never to busy with plenty of Self Serve Terminals. The Personal Bankers are very friendly and willing to help will any scenario I've run into. The Tellers are quick and polite. I'm very happy this is my local Chase Branch. Very well run.

I would give no stars, but it will not let me. I was a victim of a crime out side of the Chase Bank in Delray Beach Florida. They have a camera right there and are completely unhelpful. What a horrible bank ... bad service inside and now not even a good community member. I have stopped doing business with them ... everyone should.

I tried to open an account and now their holding my money for nearly a month while they close it. They gave me several nonsense reasons why and assured me there was nothing they could do.

Very friendly staff and quick service is what you will find at this Chase Bank branch. You can deposit or withdraw really quickly here. They always have advisers In the branch to answer any questions about loans and investments. The staff is really helpful and the branch is always clean.

I am not the user.howerver i found Evan Schauder to be very condescending and passive aggressive. I felt as though he treated as if i were a pheasant not wanting to help me at all. I went to branch because the 1800 number told me i had to for verification purposes. Nevertheless, ill never visit that branch again.

So after having one bad experience at the location on Linton. This location calls me back telling me they can’t accommodate me the next day because they close at six but the girl who does business account is only there till five. I’m opening a business account and two days straight Chase could not accommodate me. They just lost any opportunity I’m having me as a client and I will be shutting down my personal account.What kind of business that says it’s open till six with a full days notice can accommodate a paying client. Unprofessional and not just at one location.

Always very helpful,from the teller to the bank mgr. Also, great banking hours.

Awful branch, does anyone actually work here? Tons of empty desks at all times and you have to wait 30+ minutes to be able to talk to anyone
