I’m an international student currently on my F-1 STEM OPT. I wanted to buy a car but unfortunately BMW doesn’t offer financing to international students. I recently bought house with around 3% mortgage and they offer me 10% interest rate for auto. understand auto mortgage is different but it still make me annoying. I had a great experience with Lendbuzz. Maiara was very responsive and flexible, always available to answer any questions we might have. They were very agile in the whole process from approving the loan to providing the paperwork you need to get your car from the dealership.

Brandon Helped me with my purchase. My truck had gotten stolen and I had 1 car loan with them already. As you may know a truck is a money maker, at least to some. So I needed one urgently. I shopped around the Internet for some used trucks but they were very expensive. Very high mileage, very old, a very high price. The one thing I like a lot about land bus is that they can work with any dealer. It sucks that I have to put down 30% for the new vehicle, I was not prepared for that expense. But I did reach out to other lenders and they worked only with certain dealers, they had some sort of network. I decided to stick with Lendbuzz, Brandon was very responsive, very clear, and efficient. I was really hoping I could get a second loan for a lower down payment but it is what it is. There were lots of issues with paperwork and wire transfer on the dealer’s side (had to wait 10 days) but Eva managed them out👍 Lendbuzz is a decent choice if u’re a newcomer to US. Rates are not low but fair.

This place is a joke. Worst place to get a loan. Got approved on a vehicle, payed over $12,500 as a down payment. They approved me and then over a week later they say oh no you are not approved. They will not own up to their own mistake. Oh and I got new tires and rims put on it that cost $5,000. I'm out the cost of the rims for now until I find another vehicle to put them on. I'm actually considering calling a lawyer and holding them to the fullest accountability. Especially when you have the paper work stating it was approved.seems like they only want to help you if your an immigrant or international student.

Customer service doesn't call back messages. I called and wait to talk to someone. After couple of minutes, the system asked me to leave a message and someone would call me back. I left 2 messages yesterday and 1 message today. The matter is about a title that I paid off. Vehicle 2012 Fiat 500 last six 383330.

I purchased a card with Lendbuzz around December 2020 rates was great and the personal was really kindly and knowledgeable I contact support a months ago to check why the loans won’t show up on my report, turn out they only report to one bureaus. Feel like I’m wasting my times to build my credit but overall experian and rates was amazing.International people with no credit would be a good option ! 🤷‍♂️

If you are a foreign student Lendbuzz is probably your best choice. The online application was easy to fill and I got a response in a few hours. My assigned representative, Brandon Roberts guided me all the way through the process. Everything is done online. Once you decide which car to buy, the paperwork can be a little confusing and you need to work with the dealership and Lendbuzz to sort everything out. I am satisfied with the financing terms I got. All in all, I recommend Lendbuzz if you don't have much credit history and don't want to do business with sketchy dealerships or lenders.

Been costumer since June this year my loan haven’t been report to any of the main credit bureaus. They keep saying the report monthly(standard of the market) 4 months and haven’t see this loan hit in my credit history. Saw many other people with the same problem. Update a month after they haven’t fix my problem reporting to the credit company’s , any costumer should request and check their credit score probably they aren’t reporting as well

It's is the worst lender you can find out there. My advice is to stay away; they report to one bureau only. However, their website claimed to report to all three bureaus, I found out after getting SSN; hence was actually able to check. When I did and called them frustrated, they deleted that sentence from their website, lol(although I still have the screenshot of their website with the exact wording). They know there is no way for people without social security numbers to check their credit scores. They also have ridiculously high APR, and finally, they do not update the balance on the account for months, even after paying it down, they wouldn't report it until you open a dispute with the credit bureau, but that will be possible if you have SSN and can go ahead and check your reports online. I have been waiting for them to report my account as "closed" for four months now so that I can go ahead and apply for a mortgage. I was fortunate to become a permanent resident, which allowed me to see what they are doing behind the scenes, but this lender was the worst experience so far. It is a deceitful company, and if you care about your credit, they will cause significant score discrepancies across three bureaus. I have 15 accounts, and all of them report to all three bureaus except this one. Update: Incredible how one person can change the perception of the company. Andrew from the Customer Success Team has taken my issue very thoroughly. He would respond within hours to all my emails. It was amazing to know that somebody from the company cares as much as it would be with his credit. As a result, my account has been reported to all three bureaus, and my credit scores are similar across the board. If you have any issues, call Lendbuzz and ask for Andrew. I'm sure he will be glad to help because he is the most excellent person I have ever met from a customer care service in this company or elsewhere. Thank you, Andrew! I truly appreciate your help.

I had a very decent experience with Lendbuzz. They have a user friendly web system to fill out an application for auto finance. Once you fill it out, an agent will contact you shortly. I want to give a special thank to my agent Eva. Great service and experience. She’s very friendly and reaches me out very quick once I have questions regarding my loan. I had a really great experience with Lendbuzz in helping me buying the latest BMW 750XI. The whole experience was hassle free from document submission, verification, and funding. If I had to describe Lendbuzz with one word I would say AMAZING! I got my car with interest of 21.99% since my credit was brand new, after study about refinance and had some chats with friends one of them told me about Lendbuzz.
