Dan has always been up front, clear, and very helpful through the financing process. Even through the inevitable complications and hurdles that come, Dan is always there to present a clear path forward. During our most recent time working with Dan he was able to quickly react and help us during a refinance as we were attempting to work with our current mortgage servicer to do the same. Our mortgage servicer was less than helpful and not very responsive. We decided to contact Dan instead and he was able to put our refinance in process before our servicer ever got around to replying to a simple question we had asked. STAY AWAY - Loan Officers, I've been at this for 20+ years and they tried to recruit me. Sounded amazing when the recruiter initially spoke with me, buttttttttttttttt... When he then provided me with access to their Optimal Blue pricing, and after tracking them for several days, I found their rates, across the board, were consistently .50% (almost exactly) higher! Recruiter said, "If pricing is all that matters the broker side is for you, we are about service and all our marketing options." To which I said, "$5,000 pricing difference on 5 loans that $25,000 would pay for a heck of a lot of marketing!" NOT TO MENTION NOT LOSING THE DEALS TO BEGIN WITH!

Nate went above and beyond to make sure that not only our mortgage for our new home was completed on time and ready for closing he also stepped in and helped to make sure that the closing for the house that we were selling was really going to take place. I've been working with Jim Summers for a few years now. Originally I was looking in to home loans. So many people called me, trying to push their home loans on to me. Patience, patience,patience…… this is what we were told we were gonna need. I can say that it took Lendsmart the same motto dealing with us.
