    Service was great! I brought my Bronco Sport in for it’s first oil change and an all over assessment. When I first got out of the car, there was somebody immediately there, addressed me by my name before I even said anything, directed me inside and took my vehicle back. All of the staff was extremely polite and very professional. I had never experienced the video that they send you from the mechanics in the back working on my car and showing me each and every key component, fluid levels and recommendations for future reference and maintenance. It was definitely a great experience and I have been in plenty of dealerships that don’t have that class of service. Thank you Leith Ford! @LEITHFORD #leithford

    The staff were all pleasant! I went in for one service. But also, there had been a recall on something dealing with my car that I wasn't aware of. I was informed of it by the Service Advisor and the recall was repaired without hesitation. I was kept in communication the entire time that my car was being worked on. An overall great experience.

    The service department always does a great job with my vehicle. I leave feeling updated and well aware of what needs to be done my next visit. They go above and beyond with getting me estimates on tires and so fourth. I would recommend bringing your vehicle here to be serviced.

    I have to say that the folks over at Leith Ford made my buying experience as easy as possible. I drove up and seen exactly what I was looking for, took a test drive and was sold.. In and out in about 3 hours total which also included the cleaning and protecting of my ride. Everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous and I can't thank Rogel and Johnny enough!!

    Horrible experience at this dealership. Service department has no knowledge of known ford problems. Poor customer service to say the least. My car has 39k miles still has temp tags isn't running and the Ford warranties don't cover the fix. 1 star is an exaggeration

    There are two other Ford dealerships closer to me than Leith, but John was the only one who understood the issue with my truck. John was also able to work me and complete the repair a week earlier than anyone else. I will be driving the 20 extra miles to Leith the next time i need repairs. Thanks Matt

    Stephen Parker was our Sales Person. While new to the business, I appreciated his willingness to research questions that I had, the patience when dealing with a person like myself who researches everything, and his overall friendly personality. Well done Stephen! As a result, I bought the truck he showcased. Glen was the financial person we worked through. Not only was he knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, he recommended options that benefitted us financially, which was opposite of the way I thought the financial discussion would go. I think this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Leith, and recommend them highly, especially Stephen and Glen. BTW--I looked at many, many trucks around the Eastern part of NC. Leith won my business.

    Very nice staff. We bought a car from Bob and he was nice. They had good deals on their new cars. We bought a fusion for 16k. I think their deals are very reasonable. The only drawback was that they were slow! It almost took four hours to buy the car.

    They were very nice but also very slow. Kept our car 2 entire weeks from our appointment time! We had a diagnostic run and they replaced a vacuum canister seal and the o ring on the fuel pump.

I called around to many dealers and they were the quickest to in the area to get me on their schedule. On the day of service, they were very professional and quickly fixed the issue under warranty.     My son took his 2012 Ford Focus to this dealership in March for transmission work. Still in the shop. No communication from the dealership on what’s going on or why it is taking so long, just keeps getting the run around. Called many times asking to speak with the service manager who is never in and does not return calls. So much money spent on Uber rides to work and school and he has lost job opportunities during the last three months due to not having his car. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

    Don't waste your time. Lack of communication and customer service in the Ford Service area. I declined the repair estimate, service manager knew the vehicle needed to be jumped, knew there was an extra battery in the back, yet my daughter and I had to change the battery in the service parking lot. No one bothered to inquire or assist. Common courtesy does not apply here.

    I had a seamless new car buying experience from start to finish with Victor Ocasio at Leith Ford. I initially met Victor when I went in to test drive a Bronco Sport last weekend. Although I liked it, I have had Jeeps my entire life and was leaning towards continuing that trend. Victor was able to assist me with a Jeep I was interested in the Leith Jeep lot next door. I was able to test drive it and take it home the next day. I never felt pressured to buy anything which is huge when taking on such a large purchase decision. I am one happy Jeep owner!

    I brought my truck in for an oil leak repair. They did a great job installing the part with the failing gasket. Billing for time was very fair. I was happy with the final price. It would have been nice if the mechanic would have taken 90 seconds to wipe down the oil that had been spilling out onto the engine.

    John did an exceptional job listening to my concerns about my vehicle. I needed my 100K mile service maintenance and he worked with me to prioritize what needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Anything that needed further attention he would suggest and then worked with me about prioritizing around my budget. In my past experiences at places other than Leith Cars I have had numerous instances with work being suggested not needed for some time. I have had work suggested that wasn’t necessary at all. I have had work charged and not done as well. Being a female I believe is an opportunity to be taken advantage of. I have heard this issue from others as well. I appreciate the honesty and integrity Leith instills in their employees to treat customers fairly. Being able to trust a person with your vehicle and know you won’t have a bill you can’t afford is extremely important to a customer. As a female I appreciate the time taken to assure I was satisfied and if I had to stop in to arrange details I was met with friendly smiles and faces greeting me by all the staff at the Ford service department.     Currently have a Ford Escape in for issue with fuel gage indicator. Dropped it off Tuesday. Now it's Saturday and nothing is done. Communication is horrible. Would nor recommend this particular Ford service department for anything.

    After having my vehicle for 7 full business days I was given a diagnosis and price. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the invoice was $75 more than what I was quoted. 5/5 stars to Buddy (Customer Service) and Tammy (Cashier) for their help at pick up and resolving my issue - THANK YOU. Overall experience from start to finish 3/5 stars. I will choose a different location next time, with hopes of receiving better overall communication.

    We bought a 2021 Ford F150 XLT Ecoboost from Leith Ford in Wendell NC. Our salesman was Ro and he was wonderful! I hate vehicle shopping and my husband likes to see all the new features. Ro was very knowledgeable about all the electronics and helped us so we felt safe heading home (over 100 miles). He was always so nice and never lost his cool when we had him go talk to the manager in the negotiations. We hope the guy goes far in life. He was the best in all our 65 years!

    I had many things I needed done to my 2000 F150. There were a couple of things the technician found that were safety issues that I was unaware of. Very thankful! All was done with care. I also had to look up a couple of part numbers and Donnie in parts was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me out which is very rare in todays business world. He is a genuine asset!!

    Bought a used car. First night the tire light comes on. I text my sales guy to tell him about it and say I'm going to bring it in to take a look to see what it is. There's a leak in the tire and they fix it, but takes 6 hours to fix it while I have my year old son with me. 6 hours to change 1 tire. Then I bring my car in for the oil change and for a recall that needed to be fixed. Service was great (which is the only reason this isn't 1 star). Looking over my paperwork it says that I am going to need new tires. Ummm, excuse me? New tires? I just bought this car and put 5000 miles on it. I understand I bought a used car, but I should not need new tires after 5000 miles. For one of the biggest dealerships in my area I will not go back even for my oil changes if this is the treatment you give your customers having to buy tires after the amount of mileage from buying the car to the FIRST oil change.

    Recall work on the car. No charge repairs. Car dropped off on time. Service advisor explained all work to be done. Headlight module recall issue. Steering column issue. One door on the car was not locking, service advisor showed me what the problem was and it was fixed at no charge, which was not a recall issue. Greatly appreciated him fixing that. Work was supposed to be performed in one day. Shuttle pick me up and carried me home. Almost closing time with no return call I had to call dealership, dealer informed me car was not going to be ready on the same day as promised. Next day same thing no call to inform me the car was ready. Again had to call and find out what the status of the repairs were. Car was ready second day shuttle picked me up took me back to dealership.

    I was on a trip in August of 2021, helping my father move when the computer failed on my 2002 f250. Leith diagnosed the problem, and helped my find a cheaper way to fix it. They even stored my truck for a couple of months unt I could come back from Kentucky to pick it up.

    I brought in our 1994 Ford F150 because I thought it needed a new fuel line. It turned out to be a sensor. It also needed a state inspection but wasn't going to pass because the driver's side mirror was cracked. Leith went above and beyond to find a replacement for the mirror.     PLUGGED TIRE on a NEW TRUCK!?!!! I bought a new Ford F-150 on Thursday 08/20/2020. After leaving the dealership, on my way home to Morrisville, I got on the highway (I-540) and I noticed the truck ride was pulling a bit to the left (driverside). I then checked the tire pressures through the digital tire pressure display and noticed that the front right tire was 37 psi, which was 5 psi lower than the other tires that were at 42 psi. I did not think much of it at first but then I noticed it dropped to 36 psi and a few mins later again to 35 psi. Shortly before reaching the Briercreek area in Raleigh, NC, I called the salesperson, Ahmed, to tell him that my tire was losing pressure, and he asked me a few questions about what was wrong and whether I had hit something, I told him no. Then he told me that the service department was closed and to come back tomorrow to get it checked out. The next day, I got into the truck and the tire had a 33 psi reading and drove back to the dealership. At arrival, Ahmed took it on a test drive with me, trying to understand was wrong, we drove and I explained that the truck was pulling to the left and the tire pressure was lower than the rest because it was losing pressure. We then drove back to the dealership and he drove it to the service department. A while later he came back to where I was sitting in the sales department. It so happens that tire was a PLUGGED TIRE on a NEW TRUCK!?!!! (NOTE: The trust I had in the dealership was lost at this point.) They did not have a replacement tire in stock to immediately correct the issue so they had to order the tire and I had to return the next day to get it replaced, which they did replace free of charge. This process was such a waste of time and I had to delay a trip out of town and extend a rental agreement for the vehicle I was using for the trip because of this. I am thinking about getting the new truck inspected by independent mechanic or vehicle inspector or something. I doubt I will do business with Leith Ford again since I was sold a vehicle with a plugged tire, who knows maybe I am driving around with other components which they patched up and put back on a NEW vehicle.
