I been using Legacy Finance for years and every year they get better and better with their customer service and professionalism. They are very respectful, patience and knowledgeable of their job and always greeting you with a friendly welcome when you enter their establishment. I highly suggest anyone who may need a loan to seek Legacy Finance first before venturing out to other loan company. Great job ladies at your Covington location and keep up the impeccable work!

I work in the warehouse industry most would know it’s not a direct line to speak to the supervisor so they wanted my supervisor personal number and asked could they leave a message on their phone about me. Who ask something like that in order to obtain a loan ? I was denied the loan simple because of them not having the okay from my supervisor to leave a personal message on their phone which doesn’t make any sense. Their requirements are ridiculous and not how it use to be , I would advise anyone to stay far away from this place. The “manager “ doesn’t act like a manager. Enough said.

These ladies are amazing! Ms. Jamie was such a sweetheart, she made me laugh the whole time and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Ms. Kelsi made sure I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Ms. Sarah the manager wasn’t too far away just in case I had additional questions. Great team. Awesome customer service. I will most definitely be recommending them!!!

Honestly didn't have any problems when I was out of state for my business trip and they waited till I got back to pay my total off without issues definitely help my references out when I look on credit sesame or credit karma it shows positive feedback from this company
