I am returning customer. I walked in the office on yesterday after a easily reapplying online. The staff was just as nice and friendly just as 2years ago. Mrs. Kellie Bennett was still there working and I was happy to see her. Immediately, she remembered me and made my visit pleasant. This is a awesome staff and the Branch Manager Marisa Hernandez was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our terms. I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a loan that needs great service and great rates visit the Jonesboro branch and ask for Kellie or Marisa. Anyone can help you there. They all are great! So let me just start by saying Kellie was awesome sauce I mean very friendly, informative and overall had a great personality! She made it very easy for me to qualify for a loan and communicated in such a timely manor I had a loan approval in under 30 minutes and was paid out under an Hour! Both ladies who work in this office were great and the atmosphere was very comfy, I’d definitely recommend anyone looking to get a personal loan to use World Finances services!

Just came from doing business with this company and the customer service was very pleasant and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Marissa and she is great! If it wasn't for the ridiculous interest rates that these type of loans come with I would definitely return to this company!

10/10 recommend! I applied for a loan a couple of weeks ago, and unfortunately I was denied. I got a call back yesterday, and was told they had been working with my application and I was approved for something after all!
