Legacy Cabinets Legacy Blvd, Eastaboga

This project was to begin in March. First the cabinets were delayed till mid March. Then half of the cabinets came in damaged when they did finally arrive. It’s now June and I’m still waiting on replacements. As some of the cabinets that were Re- ordered still came in with defects so now on 3rd re-order. Pantry came with no shelves, several doors had splatters of finish on them that looked very glossy under the light. Some type of mark on at least 40% of them. Project has been one nightmare and I’m not impressed with the quality. My cabinets that were here before( Craftmade) were far superior. An 18 inch drawer is really only 12 inches wide as most of the width is facing. Feel let down with the expense.

Don’t ever go and work out there them people will act like they care but really don’t they don’t care if you having health problems they still want you there everyday of the week no questions ask you can turn in papers of you going to the doctors or having to be out but they want care you’ll lose your job at any given moment. So if you chose to go out there and work for a long time don’t have nothing going on so you can be there everyday.

It hot in there in the warehouse and at the end of day when we were cleaning a black lady employee from the other station gave me a middle finger I wasn’t even looking at her. Not to mention it was my first day working here.

The Kitchen and Bath Center in Alton IL, after showing me a supplier (Omega)switched me to Legacy claiming their products to be just as high quality as the one I had picked. 5+ months later the project is still not complete. The Cabinets are of third rate quality, not worth the $40,000 I spent. They are more like a medium grade supplier with plenty of quality and finish issues. Several side panels were shipped mismatched and its been 5-weeks with no replacement in sight. The person who installed my cabinets told me that I was not the only one who had problems with the quality, fit and finish. I would not recommend this company if you plan on spending more than $10,000 in cabinets.

Place has improved vastly...core hours now are 10hours mon-thu and most of fridays off or short overtime..No Saturdays ! gives you work life balance! Also the work us easy! Its wood and cabinets! Dress code is laid back! Great company to work in ...its still "work" so expect to get down amd dirty here !

I use to drive for the company. And i can honestly say that it is one of the best companies i have ever worked for. If i ever decide to go back over the road, i will definitely go back to work for them. Absolutely love driving for them.

Trash company with trash reviews. I live across the interstate from it. I smell fumes constantly and their workers litter all over the roads. Just driving by the fumes will knock you down. Everyone i know that worked there hated it. Some lost their sense of smell. Nothing good at all about this place. The response to my review made me laugh. "out of our control" and "doesnt affect you directly". Real good ppl lmao.

110% improvement to work-life balance! The new management direction, team and CO rocks and is leading legacy info a world class company! I approve of this aweaome workplace! Continous improvement is gaining grounds!

Work staff likes to entice and argue with employees. They like to withhold check stubs until you ask and try to argue about it. Workplace is very stressful and I am really happy I no longer work with these people.

UPDATE THEY DID CONTACT ME AND COME OUT NOW GETTING MY ISSUES RESOLVED THANKS Trisha from legacy said cracks in cabinets are acceptable after 6 months . They are visible and she said that's the joints causing it. I have owned lots of homes with cabinets and cracks visible showing is not a true statement. I can see why they have poor reviews going back to builder again with her email. Alot of people in my new subdivision have same issues so maybe if builder gets enough complaints they want use them.
