Legacy Bank E Spaulding Ave, Pueblo West

I used the atm to withdrawal $20 today and accepted the standard fee of $3.50. I got notified from my bank that they actually charged me $6.00 which I’m now disputing. Also their printer isn’t working so don’t expect a receipt. The difference of $2.50 isn’t a huge deal but I don’t like to be essentially robbed. If they had made it known it was $6 I would’ve just left and went to the ENT across the street but they didn’t even give me the choice. Ripoff scammers. Stay away from the outside ATM

I have been dealing with Legacy Bank ever since they opened a branch in Pueblo West. They are an outstanding financial institution that always gives personal service. After leaving a mega bank it was nice not to be treated as just another account number. Each and every Legacy Bank employee I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to exceed my banking expectations.

Unbelievable service!!!! Over the last few months, we have worked tirelessly with Mitch to get a commercial loan. I have had many, many experiences with other banks and have to say that Mitch WAY exceeded our expectations. Not only was he always searching for the best ways to remain competitive, but he was also always available to help us with our analysis or any other questions we had. He was SO patient with us when other banks short or would get frustrated. I will go to great lengths to use him for any of our business needs in the future.

Very rude.. The lady that didnt want to help was also dressed inappropriate for a bank. Another lady that worked there was helpful and nice.

I have been a Legacy Bank customer for about 7 years. I have always enjoyed going to the University Park and Main branch to do my banking. That being said, I do not like this location. 90% of the time the tubes for the drive up are ill equipped, there is never a greeting from the teller, and when I have to go inside the staff do not make me feel welcome (aside from the older woman). I will no longer do banking at this branch, I’d rather drive out of my way for efficiency and customer service.

Mitch and Vanissa were able to provide significant business credit when no one else could. It took some creativity and desire but they got it done. Today my business continues to grow thanks to the support of Legacy Bank. I recommend them for all your commercial banking needs.

Truly one of the worst banks I've had the displeasure of using, an awful outdated app, awful service, constant paper mail despite going for email, and just a terrible experience all around. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.

Have had account for over 8 yrs & service has ALWAYS been GREAT!!!!
