Very rude didn't understand I was out of work and hurt my back. Called back to back several times even though I informed them of everything.

Walked in the lady looked at me and asked where do you work I told her Oxford construction and she said she can't give me a loan. No paperwork, no credit check . In and out in less than a minute. No sure if it was profiling or what . Never had that experience before.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, they are worse then the bill collectors... They call you from there personal phones and blocked number’s. They are rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t let my dog get a loan with this company, they are big liers as well..I will never deal with them again..They are horrible!

Horrible. Been paying them for two years and they cant even give someone a little time in trying times to get to them when im out of state. Then proceeded to get a attitude with me wich I returned very quickly. Horrible people. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Please do not ever go here. These people are the worst to deal with. They harass you even after you have talk to them. They don’t care how long you have been a paying on time customer. You can be a minute late on the due date and they are calling your phone. I will never refer anyone to them. I tried to warn my relative don’t go here.

The customer service sucks! I have never experienced such poor an horrible customer service in my left. I left four messages asking a supervisor to contact me and she has yet failed to do so!

Got the loan...paid off the loan....had no problems even helped while I was down with having my baby...workers we're super sweet and friendly towards me every visit.
