Artesian City Federal Credit Union Flint Ave, Albany

I have spent the last two hours trying log onto the new web site. I still can't find the log in link. This is not the credit union I grew to love over the years.

Artesian came recommended from a trusted friend. I called prior to making the 4 hour journey and spoke with Eric Hall to assure I would have all the necessary paperwork, upon confirming I had this paperework I made the 4 hour journey. Upon arrival I was met with a 10 minute wait, not a huge deal, but when Eric began reviewing my paperwork he informed that “the boss needs more paperwork, and he wasn’t here yesterday so I didn’t know”. Pathetic, laughable excuse for customer service, these guys didn’t even seem to care about the fact that I will have spent a total of 8 hours plus the gas money to attempt to do business with them. Would rate 0/10 if I could.

I've been a member for decades and they've always been there when I needed them. It's a small, family type atmosphere that I really like.

Terrible customer service!!!!!! I was with this bank for over 15 years. For the past couple of years they have been very unreliable. No matter what time of day you call, nobody in the other departments pick up their phone. That’s disappointing, especially when the Teller can’t do much to help & cold transfer your call without ensuring either Eric Hall, Matthew Lawson, or Corey Peek will answer. Small building so it’s not like you can’t see if they are there!!! Yet, when you finally go inside they are there sitting in the office. Try consistently calling & walk into the office & notice how they ignore calls. FACTS!! Peek, literally, looked over me as I was waiting for his help to let another guy that I could easily tell that “he knew personally” to come into his office. Listen, find another bank! Go with a bank with better service & for sure easy mobile access.

My wife is a member of Artesian and she's been them for 25 years and never had a problem with them, and as for me I like them myself, so if you want to do business with them I suggest that you go by there and give them a try you might join them, Thanks Artesian for treating my wife great after all these years Thank You.

Always friendly and helpful. Enjoy doing business with Artesian. Have been banking with them since 1990.
