Excellent experience all the way around! We just got done having and extremely poor experience across the street from them. We did not have a whole lot of hope getting into a car we desperately needed. Jason Long was so nice,and professional. He never once made us feel bad about our not so great credit. They got us into a vehicle we are thrilled with! Also under our budget! We totally will not only be coming back for our next vehicle, we highly recommend them to anyone. This is the second vehicle we purchased at Lee Credit Now in Presque Isle and it was a great experience. Tony and the staff in the office were awesome to work with and made us feel comfortable and we felt like they were genuine. We even liked the experience so much we bought another vehicle the next week. Tony was a floating manager but he made sure all our questions were answered and always was prompt in getting back to us. The only small critique would be that they could detail the vehicles better before they put them out. The inside was not filthy but it wasn't as clean as I keep my vehicles. Other than that it was a great interaction, thank you!

All the staff at Lee Auto were extremely helpful and I am so pleased with my purchase. Jason Arkebauer knew I was looking for a Subaru Forester for my next car but I hadn't planned on buying it for another year. However, he found a great car at a price I could afford and I am extremely happy that I bought this car. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily the financing was accomplished too. In every way, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

The sales person Melissa was fantastic she was very in tuned to what I needed and what I wanted she never made me feel like I was a bother and did her very best to help me with purchasing a car after my other car was totaled in accident she helped me deal with the insurance companies and was very clear on what I needed to get from them to make the deal happen. They also delivered my car to me since my husband works 12 hour nights and was not able to make it to them they came to us. Fell very good at the way I was treated

Michelle is the most amazing sales person, she always goes above and beyond for us. We started with her when she was in Auburn and now drive two hours on way just to buy from her in Bangor! We have bought 5 Vehicles and a side by side from her in the past 10 years. We will not go to anyone else and tell everyone about her.

I have literally never had such a good buying experience. Michelle was amazing. We really felt like she cared about us as people and wanted to make our situation the best she could. We went in for a test drive. They trusted us to take the vehicle as long as we wanted. We tried three, two she arranged to have there for us. Ended up buying! Afterwards, I spoke to a friend about it and she said she felt the same about them. These Agents take their jobs seriously and will put in the work to make sure you get what you need. I could not recommend them more highly.

Horrible experience that has cost me $10,000 for doing business with them. Will never go back. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass 15 months ago and due to circumstances and time restraints I needed my sales rep to have paperwork prepared for quick signing and I trusted her. Shame on me. I recently went to refinance and discovered i still owe $15400 and its worth $8000. Realized she added $2000 for extended warranty ( I would never knowingly purchase) and I had put $1000 down. I am writing a check today for $7000 to refinance today to owe what its worth. Disgusting business practice in my case. Im embarrassed for blindly trusting my sales rep. Never again with Lee.

The best team around to work with! Jason Long is who my fiance and I saw and he worked so hard to get us into the perfect fitting vehicle. He's very polite and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions we had as well. The atmosphere is very inviting and clean. My fiance and I have absolutely no complaints. Jason and his manager, Chris Carr are fantastic. I recommend them both!!

One of the best experiences we've had at an auto dealer. Sales staff were available and very helpful, but did not breathe down our necks the entire time like at most places. Entire process was very pleasant, and Chrissy (Brewer location) is one of the best sales people we've dealt with. Highly recommended. The price of the car was clearly available and below the going rate in the area according to more than one internet source. They also have a good warranty that goes beyond the required Maine state one. Definitely will be my first choice in the future.

It is safe, reliable, gets great gas mileage, and my payments are beyond affordable.
