What made our experience at the Credit union outstanding was the customer service. The tellers and bank manager cared and showed empathy.

Lebanon FCU offers many benefits that I’ll look forward to looking into they are very polite staff to work with. Easy and quick sign up to open an account! :)

This financial institution farms most of it's services out to other companies because they're too small and antiquated to do it internally. The "benefits" of using a small credit union are far outweighed by the negatives. The staff is friendly enough, but usually pretty clueless with most questions and issues. They also have an old-style bank schedule, so don't expect to receive any help outside of regular business hours. I was happy to close my account here. The Lebanon Federal Credit Union provides all the same a services as any other bank, but does it worse.

4 locations all in Lebanon county...building a new location in Johnstown! Anytime I call needing copies of statements the staff is right on top of it. Their team really cares.

Even though I do a lot of my banking electronically, I always enjoy when I stop at Evergreen for a cashier's check or to cash my change. Very friendly staff!

Have used this branch on multiple occasions and always receive the same great experience. A great local business that I often see giving outside of the banking community.

The LFCU website and app have been an awesome resource to utilize during this pandemic. Both are very user friendly and secure. I was thankful for the ability for LFCU to cut me a check from my account and send it to me! It arrived to me in a timely manner, best part was I didn’t have to leave my home or change out of my PJ’s! Thanks LFCU for making life a little easier!

Their mobile app is one of the worst things to try and work. They wont deposite my check past Friday early afternoon, like some of us live paycheck to paycheck and only get our paycheck when we leave work Friday evening to late night. Now i have to wait till Monday, to pay 3 bills (which by then will be late), put gas in my car (rocking 1/4th tank), and get much needed groceries.

Went for loan. Everything was explained fully to us.
