Upon being referred to Joe by a family member and prominent real estate agent, I knew I would be in good hands. I worked primarily with Paul and his assistant Trent, as they were certified to help with my refinance in Maine. All three gentlemen were professional, reachable and incredibly patient with me. I had been putting off a refinance due to a busy home life and running a business, but they made the whole process simple and uncomplicated. I could text them at any time (and I do mean any time) for help on the paperwork, and I always received a timely response. I so enjoyed meeting Joe at closing and appreciated the bottle of celebration bubbly and his hand written note. My experience with LeaderOne from start to finish was really top notch. Have had the best experience possible buying my first home i have several things about my situation(Im a Car salesman) that make it not very easy to get a home loan. my income in no way is the same every month but the team i got from beginning to end have been flawless with any and everything that has came up.. i felt at first that they were holding me back from getting a home over 1 point my credit was 619 needed to be 620 to save alot of money. i didnt realize how much money it was going to save me so Randy Pitts sent me 2 cost sheets which broke everything down for me showing me that it would save me almost 10k to wait for my score to go up 1 point. the fact that they informed me of that instead of just taking my additional 10k and not saying anything. they have been so upfront with every aspect of the process. from my first inquiry i submitted and within 1 hour i was called by Randy and we discussed my situation. i had already had 3 other companies run my credit just to instantly deny me. he didn't run my credit until we went through everything and made sure i had a good chance to get approved instead of just giving me another inquiry for no reason. I just now got my file through underwriting and its approved my closing date is 3/5/21 but my 30 day contract was actually wrote on 2/8/21(day after superbowl) so that is not 30 days but they still went out of their way to get this through everything in time for being able to close on time. My Team was - Randy Pitts, Marcus Foster,Jerod Hromek, and i'm sure there was other people involved those are just the ones i have dealt with the most. 100% RECOMMEND for New Purchase or Refi. These guys understand real life issues and they go above and beyond to make sure you get the home you want(within reason LOL) no million dollar homes for unemployed people but if you have a different circumstance going on that you feel would prevent you from becoming a home owner or if other companies have gave you the run around give these guys a shot if it can be done they will get it done if not then there is a reason and they will work with you on what you need to do so you can get it done...

Madeline made this an AWESOME experience!!! She is very knowledgeable, open and honest. She educated us on terms that we didn't understand, replied to messages quickly, and most importantly - reminded us to stay focused during Black Friday sales (we really appreciate that). Madeline was professional, but so fun to chat with when we had questions or needed her advice. She’s such a great person inside and out!!! We thank her for making this such a GREAT experience for our family.

This was not a easy closing due to new construction and issues out of my control- alot of moving parts and parties involved. I was reaching out constantly asking for help because I didnt realize how many different people were involved due to new construction issues and things having to be at code for the appraisal. Although the process seemed long to me- Eric continue to communicate daily to get the job done and so that I am truly grateful.

This was my third time going through Todd for a home purchase, and as always, Todd and his team were phenomenal for the entire process.
