Laura was awesome the whole way through!! Helped me buy my first condo and helped guide me through every step of the escrow. She was able to meet all the requests the sellers and listing agent laid out, and was able to maneuver through some pending litigation involving the HOA of the complex that added some barriers to the escrow. Nevertheless she was able to get the mortgage approved and escrow closed and I couldn't be happier with the place! Would high recommend Laura if you're looking for a lender!
