Kolby Gibson, was true to his word. He gathered all the information and worked with me to complete my refinance in a professional manner . He kept me aware of what information was required and when. Made sure all documents were received in a timely manner no matter the time . Whenever I posted to the secure sight . By, the next day he would acknowledge my transaction immediately. I liked working with Kolby he was direct and focused. Caring individual this was amazing experience. Would recommend him to coworkers and friends which I have done.

Kolby was an amazing help during the borrowing process. This was our first home purchase and we had no idea where to start. We were lucky enough to have Kolby with us the entire way and he explained from beginning to end. One of the best parts about Kolby is that when things got stressful (they always do...), Kolby was able to calm us down by talking 'simple' numbers with us. I would highly recommend Kolby for anyone looking to secure a mortgage or refinance an existing loan.

This is the second time we've used Kolby and Pacific Mortgage for a home refi. I can't say enough about how easy and seamless they make the process. I'm a busy working parent and don't have a lot of time to dedicate to finding, or completing paperwork, and they make the process very simple so I'm not caught up for hours in the details. I also appreciate how available they are either via phone or email and how quickly they respond. Highly recommended!

kolby was great ! very flexible in dealing with our process of making offers for a downtown condo and getting outbid, until one finally came thru and we had to close in a very short escrow time. he was always helpful in explaining our options and got us a great rate when we finally closed
