Seamless process to per-approve. Worked well with agent to prepare solid offers and closed quickly once offer accepted. No problems after per-approval. Very professional! I highly recommend. I had also applied with Better Mortgage at the same time and could not get through the per-approval stage. There document uploading was faulty and everything took a long time. They never reached out to resolve, even though I had been a past customer.

Each person we interacted with along the way was not only friendly, helpful and knowledgeable they were well informed with our file, proactive and always ready to provide answer and information.
