Ashley k is a very nice and straight too the point bank teller. She is quick and efficient also has very good conversations with her!!! Makes my banking experience a breeze .

I'm so happy I went with Launch Credit Union for my loan, Valerie went above and beyond to get me approved. I have been trying for years and within 24 hours Valerie had me in my dream boat. The best day ever! Valerie is an amazing person not only she made my dream come true she is also very nice, professional, and made it so easy. Serena is also very nice and helpful. Because of these two amazing lady's I am a very happy member of Launch.

Went to the the drive through. Katelyn was very helpful and professional. She helped fix my address and informed me about car refinancing and credit growth options the bank offered. She even set up a consultant for me the next day. I'm writing this mostly for her to be recognized. Ive been with Launch FCU since they bought out whatever credit union was there before.
