Launch Credit Union S Washington Ave, Titusville

My name is Manaf and I been banking with Launch for a little over 5 years . I never had any bad experience like this from any other Launch locations. The banker Natalie ( that’s what she said her name was because it was a drive through transaction) told me right away that next time don’t come to the drive through because I was depositing 1000$ in 1’s and 5’s.Both of the drive through lines were empty and she was extremely rude with her words . I have told her you should atleast Greet the customers or a smile can go further. She disconnected the camera right away and it was very disrespectful. I’m in a process for a house Morgage and staff like this could lose a lot of potential customers for a reputed bank like Launch . I hope her rude behavior is not going to scare the customers away. One thing for sure that I will never bank with this location anymore and people who comes to deposit their savings at this location shouldn’t have deal with a arrogant person like Natalie.

Launch tellers work well to answer any questions you have in the most detailed manor. Everyone was helpful from the moment I decided I wanted to open an account. I felt like I was getting great professional advice with the comfort of feeling like “family”. Starting a membership here was a breeze, I had the option to sign up online but decided to go in the office to ask some questions. They were able to set up an appointment that day at a time that worked well for me. I was in and out with a full understanding of how my accounts worked excited to grow my membership.

This place sucks ! They are not there for their members. Not to mention that the Manager of the Titusville location is the worst. What you permit you promote. Stay clear of this place !

We have been customers of Launch for years. We always have a great experience every time we need to go into the branch or anytime we contact the branch via phone. The customer service is great! We have had the greatest customer service experience with Ashley at the Titusville branch. She always goes above and beyond to help us out and to help us make wise financial decisions for our family. She is always available to help and answer any questions we may have.

I have been banking with Launch for approximately 6 years now and they’re fantastic! Dawn Cadore went above and beyond to ensure I got an auto loan that had a monthly payment I wanted. She talked me through every step of the process and had amazing customer service! She made me feel like she genuinely was taking care of me, as if I was her only customer that day. I was tired of the “big banks” and switched, and I couldn’t be happier. Their interest rates are fantastic and customer service is unmatchable. I highly recommend Launch!

I am a brand new customer with launch and I can tell you I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I have been in to the bank three times and each time have been greeted immediately and helped with out any wait time. Teresa has been my banker and went above and beyond to help me get my accounts set up. She is truly knowledgeable in what she does and the branch as a whole seems to be a great fit for my needs

Launch federal credit union is everything a bank should be and more. They have a very good team of professional, kind, and great customer service staff. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. After been with launch done years now, I feel like I receive VIO service. You just don’t get that kind of personal touch or customer service when banking at local banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many more years at this Launch Federal Credit Union banking.

I went into the bank to get notary services and met with Teresa she was the most pleasant notary I've gotten the opportunity to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure everything was done correctly and gave options on how WE wanted it done I'm very pleased and I highly recommend her. Ask for Teresa when you go to Launch Credit Union

Fees fees fees. App updates payments at its own discrepancy. Had a similar issue at sccu and they were more than helpful in resolving. Have had the same issue over and over. Do not use their app. Its awful. You are better off with even a prepaid card. I should have shut this account down a long time ago. I would def have more money if I would have transferred to my space coast credit union account before they dwindled it all away in fees. I have 7 direct deposits throughout the month. One tonight even. The available balance can change overnight and they will tell you its your fault for trusting the app.

The lady that helped me setup my account was so polite and so professional. Was so helpful even helped set up my my online banking and showed me features on my phone I didn't even know about. You couldn't get anyone to help that good super professional and nice polite and very I formative. Had an awesome experience, the Specialist's name was Dawn and she absolutely helped me in my loan process. Very professional and answered every question I could think of.
