They have always been there for my financial needs and always beat other credit union rates that I deal with. I was having an issue with a recent purchase and Darlene was able help me secure a loan and I got the vehicle I wanted and the payment was lowering then what I was wanting it to be. Plus a personalize thank you note in the mail a few days later. That was way beyond customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Service this branch is excellent . People there are nice and friendly , always looking to help you. I wish all people would be like them. I highly recommend using launch as your credit union

Have been banking with this branch for a few years now. I have to say that everyone i have ever dealt with here has been a complete pleasure and have gone out of there way to help with anything. The last two times my fiancee and I have had to apply for loans Melanie has helped us. She's so nice and always willing to explain anything you have questions about. I will continue to bank with this branch as long as I live in the area.

I always receive great service at Launch in Port St John. The people are always friendly and smiling, a real pleasure to work with. They answer my questions and I never feel rushed, which in these times is amazing! I came from another bank on recommendation of my daughter and am very glad I did.

We were greeted warmly by Melinda as she walked us to her desk. Melinda is vwry knowledgable about everything Launch has to offer. Even tho i have always had great service at this location, Melinda extended her help in many ways showing us the best offer for our banking needs. Liese (a teller) saw that we were waiting to be seen in the sitting area and called us over to see if she could help us. Not only was she able to help us, she explained very clearly what caused our issue and was able to make the appropriate changes to our account to ensure it won't happen again. Plus, she was extremely friendly and turned our bank experience in to a friendly exchange. We actually walked out of the bank with our issue resolved and smiles on our face from a delightful exchange with Liese.

Melinda was the absolute bestest ever! We opened a new checking account for my granddaughter and Melinda’s endless knowledge of process and procedures, ability to answer all of our questions, and superior customer service provided the process to be so easy and profitable for all parties!
